About this property
Vacation Rental in Großenbrode with Ocean View and Balcony
Modern 3-room apartment for 4 people: free Wi-Fi, balcony, ocean view, dishwasher, private parking space, and much more! Welcome to the Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode—a holiday by the sea with a view of the ocean
Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this modern 3-bedroom holiday apartment in the Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode. Spanning a generous 79 m² on the ground floor, this comfortable apartment features an approximately 8 m² south-west-facing balcony where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the magnificent view of the sea.
The light-filled living area, with a cosy sofa nook and a flat-screen TV, invites you to unwind and relax. You can enjoy the seaside view right from breakfast and start your day with a view of the Baltic Sea. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and features not only all essential kitchen utensils but also an oven, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack, providing additional comfort.
The apartment includes a private underground parking space (No. 11) in the building. You can conveniently store your bicycles in the bike storage room in the underground garage.
Look forward to plenty of space, Baltic Sea air, and relaxing holiday moments—welcome to the Baltic Sea spa town of Großenbrode! If you dream of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station.
The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing harbour, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
