Here you’ll find a 50 m² 3-room holiday apartment spread over two floors. In this well-equipped apartment—featuring a living and dining area and a kitchen on the ground floor, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower on the upper floor—you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with up to 4 people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. The west-facing balcony promises pleasant moments in the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The living area of the holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and is furnished with a cosy pull-out sofa bed and two armchairs, as well as a Blu-ray player and a flat-screen TV. The living area also features a wood-burning stove. A large south-facing window floods the living and dining area with light, and the adjoining dining area is perfect for sharing meals together.

In the kitchen, which adjoins the living area, you’ll find a stove with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster round out the kitchen amenities.

A spiral staircase leads you to the upper floor and the bedrooms. In the first bedroom, a double bed ensures a restful night’s sleep. Two nightstands and a wardrobe are available for your holiday luggage. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. You can use the curtains for privacy or to block out the light. There is another closet in the hallway.

The bathroom with natural light is also located on the upper floor of the holiday rental. A double sink with counter space, a large mirror with lighting, a small shelf for your toiletries, and a hair dryer complete the bathroom furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, and living and dining areas are tiled. The bedrooms have carpeted floors; a small vacuum cleaner is provided for this purpose. A rug in the living area keeps your feet warm.

Wi-Fi access at the property is free of charge. A washing machine and dryer are located in a separate room and can be used for a fee. A bicycle parking area is available for bicycles.

The sauna is available year-round for a fee.

This self-contained holiday complex is an idyllic, green oasis that stands out from many other holiday complexes in Kühlungsborn thanks to its unique character. The Baltic Sea is about a 20-minute walk away through the city forest. The landscaped courtyard complex offers a variety of opportunities for recreation and relaxation. The table tennis table is also available for use during the summer months. The outdoor pool is open from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.
A free outdoor parking space is available for each holiday apartment in the immediate vicinity of the complex.
