The private outdoor pool is available from May 15 to September 30, set in authentic countryside. Recently renovated, the pool is an oasis of beauty, safety, and impeccable hygiene. Its wide internal steps invite you to enter the water gently, offering a relaxing experience surrounded by the Tuscan landscape. Unwind with the outdoor shower or use the private barbecue for memorable meals. Outdoor yoga with experienced instructors is available.



There are 3 on-site parking spaces. Pets allowed. Events permitted. The villa sits on a hill overlooking the medieval village of San Miniato, in the heart of Tuscany, with easy access to main attractions, cities, monuments, sea, and mountains.



A car is recommended due to gravel roads, including 20 meters of unpaved road. Car rental is available for an additional fee. As the villa is in the countryside, you may encounter insects, including mosquitoes. You can arrange cooking classes or outdoor yoga sessions, or explore the ancient Via Francigena to Siena on foot. San Miniato is famous for its white truffle.
