Villa Sina – Tranquil Family Retreat with Private Pool near Lucca and Pisa

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the pool and garden, with beautiful panoramic views over the surrounding valleys. The villa features 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. There is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a barbecue area in the garden.



The space

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room, a kitchen equipped for any meal, a guest bathroom, and a triple bedroom. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom. Each upstairs bedroom has air conditioning and Wi-Fi, while the fourth bedroom on the ground floor has a fan. Outside, there is a large fenced garden with a barbecue area for outdoor dining and a private panoramic pool.



Guest access

You have exclusive use of the entire villa, pool, and garden. The pool is open from May 1 to October 15, with possible changes to opening dates depending on weather conditions.



Other things to note

The villa is spacious and comfortable, located in a quiet green area just a few kilometers from the beautiful city of Lucca and only 18 km from Pisa. The village of Vorno offers a restaurant just 200 m from the villa and a grocery store. Having a car is recommended. Upon request, the owner provides a professional taxi service with a tourist van for transfers to and from the airport and the villa, available for an extra fee.
