This detached 85 m² house is located in a quiet area of Loctudy, just a few minutes’ walk from Kervilzic and Langoz beaches. The town center and its shops are also easily accessible on foot.



On the ground floor, a spacious living area with lounge and kitchen opens onto a terrace and a private enclosed garden, equipped with an awning and two sun loungers. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. At the back, you’ll find a bathroom with bathtub, a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and separate toilets.



Upstairs, three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests: one bedroom with a double bed and washbasin with adjoining WC, one bedroom with two single beds, and one bedroom with two trundle beds that can be set at the same height.



A baby bed and high chair are provided. Bicycles are also available for you to explore the area.
