From the time you pull into the entrance to enter into the enclosed parking deck, until the time you get in one of two sets of elevators in this low density complex, you will find that you have chosen a truly first class condominium.

The parking deck is fully enclosed and so unloading is a breeze. Every floor has totally enclosed ceramic tile hallways that take you from your condo, to the parking deck and all the way outside to beach or pool area. No wind or rain issues to stress over.

There are lots of indoor and outdoor activity opportunities, so you are never at the mercy of the weather. This Phoenix 9 Condominium includes: indoor pool, sauna and exercise room, tennis court and meeting room. If you find that the weather is perfect for outdoor activities, it has one of the shortest walks to feeling sand beneath your feet on the entire beach. Exit the elevators on to the ground floor and walk straight out about 50 yards and you are on the beach. That’s an easy trip to the bathroom, when you want to stay out all day long. Need to cool off. Take a swim in the pool or sun yourself in a chair along the beautifully designed poolside. There is also a securely fenced in child appropriate pool and play area when the small ones need to just freely move about. If the cook in the family wants to grill a steak or hamburger for everyone, you will really enjoy the wonderful grill area located right across from the pool and entrance to the beach with places to sit and get some sun or shade while you grill.

This unit has a very large floor plan for a one bedroom and two full baths. Now why is there two full baths in a one-bedroom unit? Good question.
It so happens that this condo contains a huge room size closet off the master bedroom with double doors that made it ideal for installing a set of full size bunk beds that would serve well for teenagers or children that want to sleep in all morning or an inviting place to take a nap when you just fill the need to sneak away from all that fun, while no one is watching. This unit also comes with a queen size sofa sleeper, for just in case.

We took the liberty of making one of our very first purchases for the condo with your comfort in mind. A new top of the line mattress for the king size bed offers a truly nice sleeping experience, which is paramount to your overall stay anywhere away from your own home. Let’s admit it. We all like a good night’s sleep.

One of the nice features about this condo is the view. After looking at the beach all day, it is really nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy watching all the boats go by in the bay. Especially as the sun begins to set and the boats are all heading in from the day-long activities of fishing and cruising the waters. At night, the lights dotted throughout and along the water-way make a soothing sight to watch as you wind down from your fun day at the beach.
