This Greenslake Cottage has a lagoon view you’re sure to remember! The sunroom with ceiling fan provides a cool spot to enjoy the lagoon's wildlife, read, dine, or play games with the family. The adjoining deck has rocking chairs and a gas grill to ensure an enjoyable experience in a beautiful outdoor setting. The kitchen has a large island with barstools, ideal for gathering and entertaining.

The Greenslake Cottages provide a larger floor plan than other 2 bedroom villas on the island. Additionally, they are single story, so there are no units above or below them, and only a few steps to enter. Situated in a quiet, tucked away location in the West Beach Village, they are in close proximity to many of Kiawah’s most treasured sights and activities. Community pool is right on the path to the beach!

All Greenslake Cottages are situated in a quiet, tucked away location in the West Beach Village, and in close proximity to many of Kiawah’s most treasured sights and activities. They provide a larger floor plan than other 2 bedroom villas on the island, and are single story, so there are no units above or below them.

Great getaway

The house was exactly as described in the listing. Greenslake is a great location at Kiawah. Close to the (private) pool, beach and golf. Wonderful lagoon view with wildlife all around- even a resident gator.Despite rainy weather, we had a fantastic week.

Wonderful Stay

This was a lovely ranch. The kitchen was well equipped and the unit was clean and cozy. The pictures are very accurate. My wife and myself enjoyed daily visits by Mr Gator. Beach access was easy and close. Susie was also great! I loved that there was a binder with great info about the unit and island!

Lovely Cottage in Greenslake

Just spent one week on Kiawah Island in this lovely 2 bedroom cottage. Nice lagoon view where I enjoyed my coffee each morning. Kitchen had all necessary equipment for preparing meals. We brought our dog who enjoyed watching nature through the sunroom window and walks on the beach. We golfed at the beautiful Cougar and Turtle point courses, walked to the beach and rented bikes for the great bike trails on the island. Property manager was very responsive. And will definitely be back again!

Cute and cozy cottage.

The cottage is adorable, well stocked w/ multiple coffee makers, blenders, pots/pans and a good knife set. (The dishes/glass wear could use some updating and replenishing). The hardwood floors throughout made cleaning up after sandy paws a breeze. The location is quiet, close to the golf course and a short walk to the beach. Check in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway

The property is as descibed, and layed out well to maximize the available space. Access to the beach is a 10-12 minute walk (we found it much easier to drive 2 minutes to the access across from Cougar Point). Home was well stocked, with great A/C for the 95* weather.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful Cottage for three weeks.The location is perfect, easy to access walkways to the beach and bike paths. Very nice decor, kitchen well stocked, bed’s comfortable. Super clean on our arrival, most important for vacationers to know. Kiawah Cottage

The cottage was clean and had nice accommodations, we could not figure out how to get the outside grill temperature over 250 degrees. When we booked our stay we thought we would have access to the non-resort pool, however, it was closed for the season. The construction in the area presented some safety challenges for walking and biking. Overall we truly fell in love with Kiawah and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent vacation location on Kiawah Island!

The Greenslake Cottage was a fabulous place for a Kiawah Island getaway for our family of four! Wonderful, peaceful location on the island, with a lagoon in the backyard filled with wildlife. The rockers on the back porch quickly became my favorite spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The cottage has lots of space for my husband and I, plus our adult children, to spread out. The kitchen was clean, very functional, and well-stocked with any kitchen amenities you can think of. We ended up cooking together instead of going out most of the nights because it was so much fun! The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very clean. We loved the washer-dryer which was handy to wash our beach sandy clothing before our flight home. Short walk to the ocean beach or community pool. Overall, we loved our time at the cottage and hope to be back soon!

Awesome Kiawah

We have been coming to Kiawah for 22 years now and still love it. We stay in different locations to experience the different aspects of the island. Our stay at the Greenslake cottage was very pleasant and wouldn't hesitate to return. The cottage was clean, comfortable and overall a nice place to stay. I didn't give it 5 stars because of a couple small things. There was an "off" odor from what I presumed was the lagoon the whole 2 weeks we were there. Unfortunately, it was bad enough to where we did't enjoy the back deck and view. I'd like to think this isn't always the case. Also, the community pool was close and clean but is basically in the woods which depending on the time is mostly in the shade throughout the day. Not a deal breaker and maybe some people would prefer it that way. Location to the beach is also close and convenient, just understand that this is the busier end of the beach. All in all, this is the older end of island but is still very nice.

We are glad you had a good time on Kiawah, as always. Sorry about any unpleasant odor at the lagoon. There is active wildlife on the island. If we had been notified about the odor, we could have contacted a professional in the Environmental Department at the Town of Kiawah to investigate and remove the cause of the smell. Many guests appreciate the shade at the community pool, especially in the summer. Glad to know you will return to this cottage in the future.

Great place, great location

The accommodations were great for my husband and I to getaway. A short walk to the beach and easy to get in/out of the island. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We extended our stay and the owner was very easy to talk with and accomodated us right away. Great place!
