The small apartment (35 square metres) is equipped with the essentials you need for a relaxing holiday: a small kitchen, shower, toilet, bedroom, and, of course, a panoramic balcony overlooking the fabulous Catenaccio range in the Dolomites. A Wi-Fi connection for guests ensures you have a good internet connection.
But.... before you reach your destination, you’ll have to drive up the very steep (!!!) paved road. The steep road to the house is something of an adventure. The road is steep and takes you directly from the town up the mountain into nature.

You’ll reach this unique retreat—which is easily accessible despite the steep stretch (2–3 km)—in just 10 minutes from the centre of Bolzano, Piazza Walther, or the Renon cable car station—but only by car.
Right after the thrill of the drive up—our cosy little apartment is located in an old historic mountain railway station (1907), situated on a sunny hillside overlooking the Bolzano wine-growing region.
