VILLETTA ULIVETO is located on a gentle hillside facing the islands of Alicudi, Filicudi, and Salina, surrounded by olive, citrus, and orange trees. The sea is just 4 minutes away. Cefalù can be reached in about 40 minutes, while Lake Maullazzo is 80 minutes away, after passing through San Fratello, an ancient town where the Gallo-Italic language is spoken. Mount Etna is less than two hours away, taking you first through the majestic Miraglia forest, one of the largest in Europe, filled with beech, poplar, fir, and pine trees. The area is renowned for its black pigs and Sanfratellano black horses roaming the woodlands.
