Extra Large (990 sq ft) direct oceanfront 2 bedroom condo that has fantastic bay views also, This condo is very rare to have a direct oceanfront balcony and an additional direct west-facing balcony to capture the beautiful sunsets! Don't be fooled by the listings that claim to be oceanfront that is actually ocean side, or can't even see the ocean.

A lot of new guests ask how have we maintained over 8 years all 5-star reviews, we do that by reinvesting money back into the condo consistently. The Winter of 21/22 was a new water heater and HVAC system, over $7,000 spent, the winter of 20/21 was new carpet, LR blinds, and bed linens, $5000 spent, we do this every year. And every year we replace the heavily used items like pots and pans, etc. We are always keeping up with anything that shows wear or is broken.

A complete remodel of the entire unit was done that includes the kitchen with new cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counters, and ceramic flooring. The bath has new ceramic floors, cabinets, a sink, and a toilet. The bedrooms have new carpet, furnishings, paint, window treatments, 40" smart HD wall-mounted TV in the master and 27" TV/DVD in the second bedroom, and a new King box spring and mattress in the master. The living and dining rooms have new paint, window treatments, a new full-size sleep sofa, and a 46" smart HDTV with a Blu-ray player in the living room.

Our unit is light, bright, and airy with windows on three sides the unit has the most spectacular views I have seen in OC.

There are 2 private balconies for you to enjoy. One is a direct oceanfront where you overlook the pool, beach, and ocean. You can see and hear the ocean and watch a sunrise. The other balcony looks directly west at the bay where you can watch the spectacular purple, pink, and orange sunsets. The direct bay view balcony has a picnic table and seating so you can enjoy those stunning sunsets while having dinner or cocktails outside.

Our kitchen is fully stocked so if you enjoy staying in and cooking meals on your vacation it's perfect for that. We also have a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. We are located at the northern end of Ocean City where it is peaceful and tranquil, away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds and traffic.

Rainbow has 2 beautiful pools, 1 regular oceanfront pool, and also a Kiddie pool. (The pool is open from Memorial Day until Sept. 25th)

We include FREE Comcast WiFi that is private to our unit, no sharing with the building, NO $40.00 weekly fee, and great speed!

There is parking for ONE car only, and there is a $30.00 parking fee per stay during the summer.

Sheets and towels are not included in the rental but are available for an additional charge.

We only do Saturday to Saturday rentals from June to September. 1, 2, or 3-week rentals.
