We had an amazing family time at this property. Grandkids practically lived in the water. When we were in the cabin, there was lots of room to spread out. We highly recommend!

The place was great! Gwen was very accommodating, even when I misplaced the keys on the first night. We even saw a black bear on the last day. All in all highly recommend.

We rented the house for 9 senior adults celebrating a milestone birthday. Everything was perfect! Gwen was exceptional and available for any questions. The views from the balcony were breath taking and we were there during a full moon. I would recommend to anyone!

First of all, this home is beautiful, sitting on a perfect part of the lake. There is a pontoon boat which fit all of our folks- twelve. We took the boat to several restaurants instead of driving. Everyone enjoyed that!Swimming from the deck of the boat house was a memorable experience. Also, sitting around the fire pit in the evening was relaxing and cozy.And one of the best features is the responsiveness of the host!!!THANK YOU for the memories!Sarah Medley

My group of 6 adults had an amazing stay at this cabin. The layout is ideal, with open common areas, large kitchen, and spaceous bedrooms. The two porches facing the water are ideal for relaxing and the rooftop deck above the boathouse is great to enjoy the breeze and amazing views of the lake. We loved the firepit too and there were plenty of chairs for us all to always comfotably relax where we were at on the property. The cabin in a short drive from the Ingles grocery store and many great restaurant options too. Easy check-in/check-out process and good communications from the owner. We loved the cabin and will hopefully stay here again in the future. We couldn't be happier with our stay!

Great Family Get Away

We were very happy with this house- fantastic view and tons of room for 6 retired ladies on their annual ladies trip. We met the host Gwen who gave us some great recommendations and also quickly fixed a minor issue. We enjoyed the restaurants in Lake Lure. GreyHawk and Lured had great outdoor spaces and food. All of us agreed (no small feat for six 60 ladies) that we will return to Lake Lure next year and to this house!
