Alpine House: 3 Bed, 2 bath - wonderful 'in Ouray' location

The perfect rental home while in Ouray. Jeep or hike or swim in the hot springs, then walk to restaurants, grocery store, shops, bars, and waterfalls from this 3 bedroom home. Sleeps 7, queen, queen, double, and a twin. Wait until you see my large, well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable living/kitchen/dining area, nice fenced yard with table and chairs for dining outside under the Aspen trees, covered deck off the master bedroom, laundry room, non-barking dog OK with additional deposit, barbecue. Plenty of parking on the street as our house is on a corner. Owner is a licensed Realtor in the state of Colorado.

I used to live in Ouray and was already familiar with the town and this is an excellent place to stay, especially if you want to be centrally located and within walking distance to Main Street. You are literally right in the center of town, you can walk to the pool at the north end and walk to Box Canyon at the south end. I would definitely stay here again and Alice was a great host.

We had a wonderful stay at the Alpine House in Ouray! Alice was quick to respond and helpful in answering our questions. We couldn’t have asked for a more convenient location very close to town while away from busy streets. The fenced-in yard was perfect for the dogs and had a charming deck to sit upon and enjoy the outdoors. The clean and comfortable accommodations were just right after a long day of exploring. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Ouray!

This property is almost right on main street. It is maybe 40 yards from the action. The town is easily accessible and this location made it easy. There are three rooms, a master, and two additional bedrooms. the views from anywhere in town are spectacular and views from this property were no different.

Perfect location to enjoy Ouray

We enjoyed this clean well situated little house. It was very comfortable and allowed us to walk everywhere including the awesome Hot Springs.

This was a great place to stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near the main street, the park and trail access. It was great to have the front yard for dogs. Loved our time here.

Perfect location, and just the right size for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped - it was so nice not to have to go buy all the little things you sometimes don’t have at a Vrbo. We enjoyed the games and puzzles and had a wonderful time!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the property and will continue to stay again. The owner made check-in easy and provided more than enough essentials to start your stay. If you have a pet, the home is surrounded with a secure chain link fence.
