Our cottage is located in the center of town on Bradford Street and steps away from the scenic harbor and the bustle of Commercial Street. The cottage is adjacent to the art gallery district as well as shopping, fine restaurants, entertainment & nightlife, and all that Provincetown has to offer. Our cottage provides an inviting, casual atmosphere, and is the perfect setting for your own relaxing retreat.

Quintessential Cape Cod cottage - peaked roof, gable windows, skylights, exposed original beams, and shingled exterior complete with cupola and weather-vane.

Main room is flooded with natural sun light with views of the Pilgrim Monument; located at the back of the cottage, the bedroom is a quiet, tranquil space for relaxing or reading.

Complete renovation in 2014 with new kitchen and bath, featuring:

~520 Sq ft condo- cottage separate from main house.
~One bedroom / one bath with queen bed and queen pull-out sofa bed in living room.

~Built-in media center in living room, with large screen television, dvd player & cable; bedroom also has flat screen television and cable.

Great Property

Comfortable and well appointed property. In Provincetown with main street access but east enough to be a little quieter. Easy walk to loads of restaurants and shops.

Quintessential Cape Cod Cottage was excellent!

We had a wonderful week at the cottage. The cottage has so many details that were so well thought out that made our stay so comfortable. Great location close to town but far enough away to be quiet at night. Parking space was also easy to get in and out. Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect in every way!

Nicely appointed, beautiful light and very comfy! Great location, close to everything. We could smell the ocean all evening through the windows. Perfect.
