Very quiet and residential area, 200 m from shops (Village of Moulleau), 80 m from the beach, with a kids’ club (a large beach with fine sand). Located between Arcachon and the Dune of La Pyle.
160 m² house on a wooded 550 m² lot. The villa consists of 5 bedrooms sleeping 9 people (3 bedrooms with one 140-centimeter bed and 2 bedrooms with two 90-centimeter beds), a bathroom, a shower, 2 toilets, a large 60 m² living room opening onto the garden, and a fully equipped kitchen. (Ideal for three couples and three children, or a family of four.)
House in excellent condition, with all amenities: TV, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, oven, hob, range hood, kitchen robot, etc. South-facing patio with teak table and chairs, lounge chairs (fully equipped home. Belle maison bien située et agréablement aménagée

Bon séjour à 2 couples malgré une météo pluvieuse. La maison est ancienne et bien rénovée. La pièce principale est spacieuse et très réussie. Un bémol pour l’étroitesse des escaliers et les évacuations d’eau d’origine.
