This is our second stay this year at Ben's house. We stayed a week in late September and everything was wonderful. The location is perfect and we spent the week hiking much of the island, enjoying the beautiful weather and lack of crowds, and sitting on the deck taking in the amazing view. Ben had great suggestions for dining and was always prompt with any questions we had. I highly recommend this house.
My family and I have stayed in Nantucket for years and finally decided to try out Cisco beach area and loved it. Bens house was totally well appointed and abuts conservation land with direct views to the ocean. My daughters and I enjoyed easy walks to the beach and I found many trails near by and a bike path great for exercise. Ben couldnt have been more gracious. Great house, great location, great owner.

Thanks so much for the very nice words, Lauren. You and your family were equally great guests to host. I am very glad you enjoyed nantucket, the beauty of Cisco and our house. We hope you will return in the summer of 2021!
I stayed at this property in Cisco for a week in late May and greatly enjoyed the house and especially the backyard views of the Cisco countryside. It was my wife and two teenage sons staying with me. We had plenty of space and the house could have comfortably accommodated a few more. Ben was super easy to communicate with and instructions were easy to follow. The house has nice furniture, comfortable beds, a full kitchen stocked to meet our cooking needs. We rented bikes for the week and it was nice to be so close to the bike paths taking you to town and all around the island. I would stay at this property again on a return trip to Nantucket.

Thanks for the nice review. I hope you’ll come back and visit nantucket in the future.
We cannot say enough about our wonderful stay at Amber Waves on Nantucket. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of amenities, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a view to the ocean looking out over the beautiful green landscape. We spent much of our time on the deck admiring the gorgeous view. The neighborhood is connected by picturesque sandy roads where we walked the dogs each day with little to no traffic. The beach was a quick and easy five minute walk. At night you could see so many stars and listen to the ocean waves breaking on the beach.
We have stayed many places on Nantucket through the years and the location of Amber Waves was convenient to the entire island. We were able to ride our bikes to Barlett's Farm, Cisco Brewery and 'Sconset. It truly was paradise.

I am so happy you enjoyed your stay. Hope you will come back to enjoy another vacation at Amber Waves!!
We’ve been coming to Nantucket for years, but never settled into a consistent rental because our family needs were changing, but after this week we have all agreed that this has been our favorite. From the moment we walked into the house and felt it was even better than the photos to the last walk to the beach, we were immersed in the island experience. It was a perfect set up for our two families of four. We could walk or drive to the beach (if we wanted to set up for the day a car was easier, then anyone could walk back and forth as needed), we rented bikes to explore all the Cisco trails and our teens took them over to Bartlett to pick up lunch or ride into town. Being close to Bartlett Farms, the fish market and Cisco Brewery is a major plus, while the whole Cisco area is very relaxed. Then going into town a couple of nights for dinner or for shopping is very easy. Ben was incredibly helpful, the beds were comfy, the towels were all fresh and new, and there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a boogie board for the kids to enjoy the big Cisco waves. Overall an outstanding experience and we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect late June vacation on Nantucket. Idyllic setting. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Ben was amazingly helpful and made the experience seamless. Would go back again!
This is a wonderful location, quiet and beautiful with amazing beach
So easy to settle in - town is close by but conveniences in the neighborhood make it so easy to just stay local: Miacomet Golf, Cisco Brewery, fish market and Bartlett Farms, all within minutes.
