Single family home located in the heart of Ocean City. Completely renovated in 2014. 4 bedrooms/2 bath two story home with garage underneath for parking. Our home is pet friendly and even has a fenced in back yard!! The ground level is a garage with plenty of storage room for all of your beach toys. The second level has a kitchen, living room and dining room. There are also two bedrooms on this level. The first has a queen bed and the second has twin bunk beds with a trundle. There is a full bath on this level as well. The third floor has two more spacious bedrooms and a shared full bath. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twin beds and a queen bed. All of the bedrooms have TVs.

Home is conveniently located in North Ocean City and is within walking distance to several restaurants including Layton's on 92nd, Lombardis, Kirby's, Liquid Assets, Blue Fish, The Bull on the Beach, and the Coffee Beanery.

Our home is also within walking distance to Little Salisbury park located on 94th street bayside. This park has a playground, basketball court, tennis courts and a dog park.

We had a great stay in this cozy home during a cool spring week. The deck was my favorite spot- sunny and warm with a view of the water- I spent most of the week here. The beach is just steps away and our dog enjoyed the fenced yard. With the breeze, the beach was probably 20 degrees cooler, but we enjoyed walking the beach and fishing. One day was rainy, and we were very happy cuddling on the comfortable sofas and playing at the big table. The host was very responsive and we really enjoyed our spring break with our dog. It looked like the grill was brand new as well- we didn’t end up using it but it would have been a welcome addition had the weather been a bit warmer. Having the sheets and towels included was a huge bonus. We’d definitely return to this house for anothe visit to OC!

We loved our stay at Jill's amazing beach home! There were six adults, two children (four and seven) plus Lani the dog. The house was easy to find, and it was great being able to park in the three-stall garage keeping cars cool. The house was very clean upon arrival (thank you Jill!), and I loved that the clean sheets were folded on the bed with clean towels on each bed. We all agreed that our beds were very comfortable. The bunk beds were set up as two twin beds (unbunked), which was fine for the kids. My husband liked the coffee maker (combo of regular coffee and Keurig) and my daughter said the kitchen had everything she needed for the week since we did a mix of eating in and eating out. The top deck had a nice view of the ocean. We spent so much time outside on the other deck (huge) off the living area with some sitting in the screened in porch and others sitting on the outside deck in the sun. The best part...location...just two houses down from the beach...we literally walked barefoot through the garage past two houses and then on the sandy path to the ocean...amazing! The kids loved the hose in the garage to wash off their feet and toys. We walked to the candy store, grocery store and Sunsations. As other reviews mention, you are across from a hotel, but we had no issues. We felt it was a safe location. We also liked not being on the boardwalk but close enough to drive to it for a day. Thanks Jill for a great stay! The grandkids did not want to leave. We will be back!

A wonderfully spacious house so close to the beach. The porch space is so large, giving everyone lots of space to spread out. Always an excellent place to stay!

Perfect long weekend family getaway!

Fantastic location, with space for the whole family, including pets…And off street parking to boot! We had a great 3 day weekend at the beach which was only a 2 minute walk, on the beautiful deck, and enjoying the nearby food, and attractions. Many great spots are within walking distance. Terrific for a family getaway or gathering at the beach.

Beautiful property located right next to the beach. There are so many porches to sit on, shaded and sun, beautiful views of the ocean and premier parking. Absolutely loved the stay and the wonderful house.

The Perfect Place

This was the perfect place. Four bedrooms that sleep a lot of family. Fenced in back yard for our dog, Three car garage so you don’t have to park on street and ever worry about parking, Steps from the beach and don’t need to cross a street. Huge deck, never felt on top of each other with a large group of people. Owner is quick to respond. A must book, 10 out of 10!!!

Weekend getaway
