Very close to the River Great Ouse, there is ample opportunity to take short walks and visit the increasing number of riverside bars and restaurants. The location is also ideal for exploring the very beautiful coastline of West and North Norfolk, to walk on the sandy beaches or bird watch on several RSPB reserves.

Good central location.

An excellent property, with a first-class host who communicated very well. It's set in a very central location close to the waterfront so it's convenient for local restaurants etc. It is a very good base from which to explore King's Lynn and the surrounding area, including the north Norfolk coast.

Lovely apartment

All needs met for a very comfortable and safe stay. Great location, on waterfront, close to lovely hotel/restaurant, easy drives to other local sites. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay

A very comfortable and well-equipped and quiet apartment very near all the sights and amenities of Kings Lynn. A good base for exploring north Norfolk too. We will come again!

Everything within the apartment was great. Had not expected the stairs to be so steep. WiFi not working, so it was a data expensive week.

We're originally from Scotland and have lived in Kings Lynn for over 30 years. Keen travellers, we have a holiday home in Scotland and regularly take city breaks in Europe.

Why they chose this property

We renovated the apartment recently and replaced everything. It's situated in an historic building, right in the medieval part of Kings Lynn which is where we live also. It's peaceful and quiet but steps from lovely restaurants and bars and everything's within walking distance.

What makes this property unique

The apartment and building have such character and history. We've managed to keep that charm, even while re-modeling the inside, so it feels like a hotel.
