Great Apartment in the heart of Kings Lynn near great restaurants etc.
We loved the apartment - the layout was great with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms at either end and kitchen and living room in between - ideal for two households to share! Would definitely book again if visiting Kings Lynn. Everything was like new and of a very high standard and the little extras left for us a lovely surprise.

We would have no hesitation of recommending this apartment. It was excellent, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. A great location for exploring Medieval Kings Lynn. Good restaurants in walking distance.
The parking permit in advance is a great idea and worked well.
We would definitely stay again.

Lovely flat, spotlessly clean and great location.
We came to Kings Lynn as a family of three to visit nearby friends for Christmas. The flat was spotlessly clean and new, kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and milk which was great after a long drive— and the bottle of wine and home baked cookies were a very nice touch! The owner was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay but we really need not have bothered her at all as everything was so well laid out in the flat and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Heavenly hideaway apartment
Fantastic apartment. Clean, cosy and comfortable, just like new. Plenty of space, super high quality and in a perfect location. Lots of information left by Kate the owner, who was easy to contact and left lovely welcome touches such as homemade shortbread, milk and wine. Thanks for the very useful parking permit too. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend this apartment to others!

A beautiful, spacious flat in the heart of Medieval King's Lynn
We chose this flat as it is so central and convenient for shops and transport. We particularly wanted somewhere that accommodated two couples, each with an en suite
bedroom, as our son and wife were joining us for two days to drive us further afield than we could manage without bringing our car. We used the nearby bus for closer places like Castle Rising and Downham Market. A good eating place, Bank House, and the Tourist Information Centre were both on the doorstep. A bonus is the flat is beautifully quiet!

Nice location, apartment and friendly service
I was very happy to stay for a few weeks in this aparment. The location is very central in King's Lynn and you can find a lot of shops and restaurants and pubs. Though the house has a medieval touch, the furniture is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is new and offers everything you need. If I had questions Kate answered always very quickly. Also important: close to the apartment are a lot of parking opportunities. I can just recommend to spent here some relaxed days.

I’m glad Martin enjoyed his stay. We try to be flexible with our guests to accommodate their requirements.
The location is what most guests find convenient.
From the moment we stepped inside, we were smitten.
The layout was perfect for two couples to have privacy at either end of the property.
The whole place was pristine, a beautiful conversion.
We had 2 vehicles, so arranged for one car to have a space at Hanse House through the Just parking app.
Two slight challenges, one being that the armchairs weren't very comfortable for long evenings of reading. The other is that the gulls could be very raucous at 3am.
Even so, we would heartily recommend this place 😊
An excellent property, with a first-class host who communicated very well. It's set in a very central location close to the waterfront so it's convenient for local restaurants etc. It is a very good base from which to explore King's Lynn and the surrounding area, including the north Norfolk coast.
A very comfortable and well-equipped and quiet apartment very near all the sights and amenities of Kings Lynn. A good base for exploring north Norfolk too. We will come again!
Super base in old mill buildings off the quay in the heart of old King’s Lynn. This is a somewhat forgotten historic town that has many very interesting old buildings. The apartment was perfect for our short stay.

This is a lovely apartment, and ideally placed to look around Kings Lynn. It was quiet, comfortable, and the little touches-the biscuits and wine made us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend it it, and might well want to return for more exploration of the region.

Sally you are very welcome to return to Kings Lynn and so glad you enjoyed your stay.
What a gorgeous apartments in a great location. The design and facilities are 1st class,
We were thrilled with the location and the apartment. Plenty of towels, hot water,; stylish and thoughtful fittings.
Great communication, so helpful.
Thank you for being such a super host.
We really enjoyed our time in this upstairs apartment in the medieval section of King's Lynn. The town itself was a gem, with the feeling that there were not too many tourists and the apartment was great. The two bedrooms, each with a bathroom, were on either side of the sitting room and afforded a lot of privacy. The windows from the apartment looked out over other 17th century buildings and gave one a real feeling of history.
We were near the shopping district, which had a good amount of nice restaurants and pubs. The town has a real cultural feel, with a museum housing artifacts from the Bronze Age (Seahenge) to early 20th century, and a lovely park with a concert in the bandstand on Sunday.
We would like to go back in the near future and will recommend this apartment to our friends!

So glad you enjoyed King’s Lynn and the many interesting places to visit. The apartment is such a good location for just that. We appreciate you taking time to review our rental property and persuade others to come and visit. KD
A lovely, spacious, well equipped apartment. Very comfortable beds and generally. This is a great base from which to explore King’s Lynn. For various reasons I had a number of queries. Each was dealt with swiftly and helpfully. Highly recommended.

About the host
Hosted by Kate Duncan
We're originally from Scotland and have lived in Kings Lynn for over 30 years. Keen travellers, we have a holiday home in Scotland and regularly take city breaks in Europe.
Why they chose this property
We renovated the apartment recently and replaced everything. It's situated in an historic building, right in the medieval part of Kings Lynn which is where we live also. It's peaceful and quiet but steps from lovely restaurants and bars and everything's within walking distance.
What makes this property unique
The apartment and building have such character and history. We've managed to keep that charm, even while re-modeling the inside, so it feels like a hotel.
