Welcome to the Retreat on the Blue of Silverthorne, CO. We LOVE our home away from home on the Blue River of Summit County. Our 'retreat' offers you all the luxury of a fine resort with all the comfort and amenities of home.

o Located 1 mile from I-70 and downtown Silverthorne - Directly on the Blue River (great for fishing out the back door)

o Free Summit Stage bus stop across the street

o Just an hour from Denver

Charming Condominium - Clean and rarely rented (built in 2003):

o Cozy living room with gas fireplace

o Spacious master bedroom with private bathroom and closet space

o Guest bedroom loft with king size bed + 2 singles - large bathroom and great views of mountains

o Half bathroom/laundry room located off the living room

o Spacious and functional kitchen fully equipped for all your cooking needs (grill located on deck)

o 10 person hot tub for the complex (The hot tub is currently broken and unavailable for use)

o Ample free parking

No smoking and no pets

Perfect place!

First, the Jolly’s were excellent to deal with. Very nice and informative to the point I had no questions the entire week. The property is clean and more than spacious enough for a family of four (2 teenagers). The location is perfect for skiing at any of the summit ski areas. The biggest deal for us was that it was out of all the traffic on the south side of I-70. Excellent place!!

Great experience for my family of five.

This condo was a great fit for us. It very comfortable and well located. Coming in late our first night we had to get lucky on parking, but it wasn’t a problem the rest of the week. The hot tub isn’t very close, but otherwise we were very pleased with our visit. A great option!

Comfortable place!

The condo was roomy and comfortable with just about everything you would need to cook. This is not they typical rental condo with just a few pots or pans, but a place where the owners obviously visit it frequently and spend time in the kitchen. If you want to cook your meals, this is the place. If not, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also near a Target, so easy to pick up anything you need. We visited for a ski weekend, and we found the condo to be nice and roomy with anything you need included (including the washer /dryer). The owners were exceptionally friendly and easy to work with.

great location, wonderful amenities, helpful owners...a great place to stay!

To start, the owners are extremely friendly and easy to book with. Very helpful and inviting! We got in to the unit and found a very clean, well appointed and comfortable condo. I like to cook most of our meals, so finding a nicely stocked kitchen with good knives, cutting boards, measuring cups, pots and pans was so nice to have! great grocery stores minutes away and plenty of restaurants nearby for when we didn't want to cook. The day was filled with getting skiers to and from the mountains, shopping, cooking, relaxing and all while having great mountain views from our unit. Seeing the sun rise from our window was a great way to wake up! The hot tub was a great way to wind down at the end of the night. I literally can't think of one thing that we didn't have or wished we'd had. Would definitely stay again and feel very fortunate the owners offer their unit as a rental. Highly recommended, plenty of room for family or friends and so close to everything you need for a mountain getaway! I was not able to ski as i was still healing from a surgery, but I still felt like i had a great vacation and got to relax and have fun too. Close to the bus route so if you are willing to walk a few blocks you wouldn't technically need a car. Shuttle services are all around!
