Our weekly rate from is $1,650 per week. Must have boating experience to rent our place. You must be able to drive and dock a pontoon boat. If your are not experienced in boating do not rent our place. This is a 55+ community. Children are welcomed as guest.

Pontoon Boat fits up to 10 people. Boat is a 2018 SunTracker Fishing Barge comes with a 90hp motor, Lowrance GPS fish finder great for fishing. Fishing poles and basic tackle are supplied! Local Pontoon rentals go for $275 to $350 for 8 hrs. Our boat is yours for the duration of your stay! There are restaurants you could access by boat. The Historic Dora Canal is just minutes by boat from our place.
