The House of Chazelles

This former guardhouse is located in a huge park of 1.5 hectares. In the park you can enjoy the sun or shade will guaranteed peace and privacy. You can also relax at the pool (12 mx 6 m) or play table tennis in the party room.

This cottage is very well equipped for 12 people: 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a large living room (over 50 m2). First floor: 3 large rooms for 2 people (2 bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds). Each room has a sink. On the same floor, large bathroom with shower, sink and a separate toilet. The washing machine is in this bathroom. On the second floor there are also 3 spacious rooms for 2 people (each room has two single beds) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The whole house has central heating with underfloor heating on the ground floor. Also a cozy wood stove in the livingroom.
You have free access to Wi-Fi and a TV that receives all free satellite channels is installed in the living room. You can bring a Smartcard with you to receive other than French Chanels. In the kitchen there are two refrigerators, and a dishwasher.

Agréable séjour dans cette maison de garde

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille. C’est un peu rustique, le confort simple mais fonctionnel. Nous avons été un peu déçus par la piscine dont l’eau était trouble et la profondeur assez faible de 80 cm à 1 m je dirais. Charles et sa femme ont été des hôtes très accueillants et serviables. Séjour en pleine nature , réveil au chant des oiseaux, dans un grand parc avec de vieux arbres magnifiques. Nous y reviendrons peut-être mais en chambre d’hôte au château je pense.

Très bon emplacement pour rayonner autour du Sancy avec des randonnées variées

À proximité immédiate une fromagerie avec des exploitants accueillants et passionnés. La salle ping-pong est agréable et idéale si la météo n’est pas favorable. En période de Covid ne comptez pas sur la salle de fitness dont l’accès est interdit: dommage. L’entretien de la piscine et son environnement immédiat n’était pas au rendez-vous. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très à l’écoute. Avec des enfants le parc est parfait.

Nous avons loué la maison pendant trois jours juste avant Noël. La maison est adaptée à des vacances en famille, ou entre amis. Elle est très bien équipée (cuisine en particulier).La maison est bien chauffée. En revanche, l'intérieur de la maison présente très peu de cachet ou de charme. La pièce commune, en particulier est très sombre et a peu d'ouvertures (la photographie "Vue depuis le salon" est prise en réalité de l'une des deux seules petites fenêtres du salon. L'accueil est correct : professionnel mais peu chalheureux. En bilan, le rapport qualité prix est moyen.

Nous avons loué la maison de chazelles pendant une semaine à 15 dont 12 adultes et 3 enfants .avec 6 chambres , chaque foyer disposait de leur propre chambre avec lavabo . Tout le monde ravi car nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans un magnifique parc et une grande salle annexe très apprécié pour le fitness et différents jeux dont une table de tennis de table , piano , sono et scène théâtrale . Je recommande cette location et remercie les propriétaires de leur hospitalité , de leur accueil chaleureux et de leur disponibilité .

Tres agreable sejour en famille

Nous avons loue la maison a 13 (9 adultes et 4 personnes) et avons ete tres contents de notre semaine a Aveze. La maison est spacieuse, les equipements confortables et l'environnement tres agreable : parc et chateau superbes, plein de ballades faciles au depart du chateau dans la campagne environnante, belles vues sur le Massif du Sancy et une bonne fromagerie a 500m. Beaucoup d'attractions touristiques a 10-20 minutes de voiture aussi. Le gite offre au final un bon compromis entre sejour au calme a la campagne et acces facile a de nombreuses activites dans le massif du Sancy voisin (ski et raquette pour nous cette semaine). Le tout avec des proprietaires charmants, a l'ecoute et disponibles. Bref un gite a recommander, nous serions curieux d'y retourner en ete!
