Just Great!

Such a cute & cozy house with lots of natural light and a lovely back yard. Kirk is the best host ever! Checked in on us and always available for a recommendation. We so appreciated all the little touches from the candy dishes, fresh flowers, cozy lights in the yard to coupons for free ice cream. Had a wonderful vist in Grand Haven. Great shopping, restaurants and the Musical Fountain is a must-see. We highly recommend a stay at the "Boardwalk Bungalow".

Grand Haven Adventures

This is a very cute and well maintained older bungalow with lots of fun Beach décor. There's a quite large and cheerful master bedroom on the main floor adjacent to the home's roomy and clean bathroom. We enjoyed the private yard with new grill and beautifully maintained lawn and garden. Easy walk to town for shops and restaurants. The location is great! Our host Kirk ensured our enjoyment with helpful suggestions on town activities. Check in and out were a breeze. My family and I are hoping for a return next summer to his Boardwalk Bungalow!

Perfect House!

I can't say enough positives about this house and our host!! We absolutely loved everything! Kirk checked on us frequently and made sure everything was as we expected. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of great details. The yard was beautiful and well maintained. The only thing we'd have done differently is to stay longer! The location is a few blocks from shops or a very easy bike ride to the beach and pier. It's in a super quiet, walkable, and beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great house in great location

Communication with the property owner before, during, and after our stay was extraordinary, he was incredibly responsive and kind. The house had all the amenities we needed; there were plenty of towels and the beds were clean and very comfortable. We did not cook during our visit but I noticed many pots and pans available. The house location is very walkable to restaurants, ice cream, minigolf, and the musical fountain. The garage, although smelling very strongly of gasoline, was a great place to keep our bikes and beach toys. The shower floor is extremely creaky when you move around but the bathroom is huge and we appreciated having laundry included. Overall it’s a great option when staying in GH.

Wonderful stay in Grand Haven

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The house was clean and cozy. It is in close proximity to downtown but in a quieter area. It was just a block from our favorite restaurant, the Paisley Pig. Kirk was so helpful and friendly with recommendations also. We fell in love with this little town and cannot wait to return.

A wonder experience

This property was just what we needed for our vacation. The location was perfect for walks to the beach, downtown, and the Farmer's market. The backyard patio was the perfect spot for relaxing meals. The house had everything we needed. Kirk was an amazing host, quick to respond with suggestions for restaurants or local businesses to support. (I have been renting VRBOs for years and he is far and away the best host I haver ever experienced!)

Travelled back to Papa’s house-great memories in every curve.

It was a very clean and mostly modern visit. But the home makes childhood memories of an honored man and his early 1900’s abode come alive again. Kirk was a superb host and a very welcoming guide to all things Grand Haven. We’ll be back!

The property was clean neat and attractively decorated. Our host Kirk had it well well stocked with the necessities. We were able to check in earlier than originally planned which was great. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were in close driving distance to the waterfront and the downtown shops. It is a nice long walk from the rental to downtown.

It is one of the most charming properties in Grand Haven. It has a lot of character and is in the perfect location to enjoy everything that Grand Haven has to offer all within walking distance. This property has been totally remodeled within the last two years but still has all of the character that makes it such a Charming Property. A fun nautical theme is present throughout this wonderful venue :)

What makes this property unique

Awesome fenced in backyard with beautiful flowers and landscaping. Also this property has a Coast Guard Cornhole game. The fence is lighted up at night. Very nice 😀
