Berry Patch is located at 44 South Sundrops Trail, Cullowhee, NC 28723 and is designed with a great room combining the kitchen, dining and living rooms to create an open space featuring a beautiful, stacked stone fireplace for everyone to gather around. Enjoy mountain living at its best on the outdoor patio, which features another wood-burning fireplace for entertaining, alongside a partially fenced green space for privacy and relaxation. Berry Patch is located in a privately gated community known as Sundrops on Caney Fork. The nano-resort offers a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, pedestrian friendly walking trails, and pocket parks for reading or resting. You can also try your luck trout fishing on the banks of the Caney Fork River which runs along over 2,200 feet of the community. The Sundrops clubhouse offers an indoor lounge, fitness center, covered pavilion with large outdoor fireplace, rocking chairs. It even houses an outdoor kitchen complete with grills and smokers for cooking up your favorite meals. Be sure to relax in the chaise lounges alongside the resort style perimeter edge pool and spa or pack a picnic and enjoy tables and seating!

Perfect place!

Perfect get away

I loved the stay! The heated bathroom floors were SO NICE. Great weather and nice, quiet gated community in the mountains. I was worried about having a pet friendly unit because of my allergies but the home was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the fireplaces were a great addition. Thanks so much for the relaxing stay.

Lovely weekend get-away

This townhouse is lovely with comfy beds and beautiful furnishings. This was our first time near Cullowhee or Sylva and we were not disappointed. The pool and clubhouse were enticing but we ran out of time. Beware of the small driveway if you have more than one large vehicle. I've never been to a rental that didn't have a toaster so was upset we had not taken our own.......did have both drip and Keurig options for coffee.

The property was clean and adequate. The issue was absolutely no cellular service and the power went out for 6 hours. Which meant no cell or internet period. You can’t contact the rental agency or power company or contact anyone with no power

Great stay!

Great time visiting our daughter at Western Carolina University. Berry Patch was the perfect spot - had most everything we needed. Rental was spotless and plenty of room as my sister and her husband joined us from Mt. Pleasant for the long weekend. Sterling at Sundog Vacation Rentals was great to work with - will defintely rent from them again.

Refreshing and relaxing

The townhome is located in a secluded but convenient location. With the property being a gated community, this provided a peaceful stay. We took a nice walk along the pathway and enjoyed the serenity of the Caney Fork Creek. We enjoyed the indoor fireplace as it was too cold to enjoy the outdoor fireplace. The heated bathroom floors was an extra special treat!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The kitchen had all the equipment needed for our pie and casserole baking to bring to our gathering in Sylva. Great location and we were grateful for the fenced yard for our small dog.

Hotel in a Home Setting

We loved our stay at Berry Patch. I can't say enough good about the owners, the management, the accommodations...just all good. Lovely setting, beautiful and well-kept interior. We are homebuilders and remodelers. If we owned a vacation rental I would want it to be of the same grade as this unit was for us. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Lovely mountain home!

We have family in Cullowhee and came out for a wedding. Not only was the house itself beautiful but we had access to the pool, hot tub, gym and walking paths. The subdivision where the rental is located was so nice. We had a feeling of being away from it all yet it was an easy drive to WCU, Sylva and everywhere you might want to go.

WCU Graduation
