Great place! Super clean and well stocked with anything you would need for the kitchen. Access straight to the Atlantic is awesome for boaters. Nice quiet neighborhood with restaurants and bars walking distance at the nearby Hawks Cay resort. We would definitely stay here again!

We view this property as our home away from home...so much so that we've already booked again for next year! We had four kids and two adults this year, and there was plenty of room for everyone very comfortably. We've stayed at Cecilia's place three times, and each time we are greeted with a spotless house, a gorgeous outdoor area (I lived in the hammock with the fan directly above it!), comfy beds, a million dollar view, and seamless communication. Any questions we had were answered virtually instantaneously. The location of the property is fantastic - a private oasis with quick access to Marathon and just over an hour to Key West. I would recommend this property to anyone and can't wait to be back.

Absolutely perfect! This gem is an 11 out of 10! From the second we walked in, it felt like home. Everything we needed we had and more, from a modern and very well appointed kitchen to comfortable beds to stellar A/C to perfectly placed furnishings in a remarkably large space, Cecilia thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome and completely at ease! No written check-in/check-out instructions but a phone call to talk you through every important detail, which we really appreciated! We spent most of our time fishing on the canal, which was peaceful and beautiful! We would absolutely recommend a stay at this lovely cottage, and we look forward to many more of our own!

Hola Cindy gracias por su comentario el problema fue que todos los equipos de la Cosina fueron nuevos para ustedes y el microondas vino con problema y me lo tuvieron que cambiar y hasta el lunes el día que ustedes salieron no me lo cambiaron porque fue un weekend largo y todo estaba cerrado y el agua del segundo baño se rompió y sólo salía agua caliente traté de resolverlo con las personas de mantenimiento pero fue imposible tenía que ser un plomero y hasta el lunes no tenía a nadie para hacerlo y por el inconveniente le mandé $200 de rembolso pero yo siempre me comuniqué con usted si hubiera sido sólo dos personas como era la reservación no nos hubiera dado cuenta de lo del baño pero ustedes invitaron a una pareja amigos de ustedes y yo les dije que no tenía problema somos personas muy considerados con nuestros inquilinos, hasta usted me pidió un balón de gas y se lo llevaron que no estaba supuesto hacer pero se lo resolvieron en los keys en un weekend long es muy difícil conseguir una compañía de plomero. El mismo día se resolvió todo que pena que ustedes sólo fueron pocos días . Ojalá y nos vemos pronto. Cecilia Ponton

We enjoyed our stay. Great location! It was nice being able to have our boat there and storing our boat trailer on site. Beds were super comfy and everything was clean. Wish there was more toilet paper and garbage bags on site. It was nice having a washer and dryer. Loved the tiki hut and outdoor space. Hot tub was an added plus. Thank you!!

Cecelia always answered promptly to any questions we had and her property was nicely stocked and clean. We brought our Frenchie with us and we all loved to sit out back fishing off the dock, relaxing in the hot tub & watching movies in the tiki hut. The beds were so comfortable we slept great our whole trip and having a master bath was great so we didn’t have to share a bathroom with the kids. Great location as it was central to so many places we had on our list to visit. Don’t sleep on visiting Bahia State Park and beaches either, beautiful site. We did drop the crab/lobster trap and on the 3rd day we pulled up a blue crab with a wrasse , but daily we pulled fish out of it so that was cool for the kids to pull and see daily.

This is definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed at. We rented & docked a boat and fished from the property (boat rental 3 blocks away). The tiki hut, grill, and fish cleaning facilities topped off our stay.

I wish I would have realized it was a duplex, as I wanted something a bit more private. I also have never stayed anywhere that asked you to wash the towels and/or sheets--the washing machine and dryer were very slow, and we left 12 hours before checkout; otherwise, we wouldn't have had any time to do this. The hot water was slow and rare--took forever for a warm shower, and some of us had to shower cold.Cecelia was great, answered all questions, and reassured me. This place is great for folks with a boat who don't mind having very close neighbors. We had a great time.

Our stay was wonderful. The owner was exceptional. She was wonderful to communcate with. We brought our boat and toured the island. Went to the restaurant on duck key. People were friendly on both sides. We enjoyed hanging out under the tiki hut which accommodated the six of us comfortably. I would love to stay here again in the future.
