This Apartment offers a unique combination of elegance, style and friendliness. The rooms capture the essence of 18TH century Venice, while offering present-day visitors the comfort and convenience they have come to expect.

We loved Venice & great location

We found the apartment close to the photos on the site. Easy to book & communication with Alessandro & Roberto was from day one, they answered our questions months ago to help us then when we were there couldn’t be more helpful. The apartment was very central close to Cannaregio Canal & 10 minutes from the Grand Canal & Santa Maria Novella train station. When we arrived Alessandro gave us the phone number of a porter to take our luggage to the apartment. Which was a blessing to have so we could arrange for our return journey. All was great

Great place close to everything in a quiet location

We (fam of 2 + 2 teenagers) stayed here for a few nights. The place is a typical older Venetian house close to the canal Grande, train station and airport transfer boat station . The owner was very helpful in providing guidance and checking us in, including allowing luggage storage before and after the check in/out. It's definitely a great value. We enjoyed our stay.

Charming and great location

Charming apartment with location steps away from canal and quieter/calmer than rest of Venice. The host was extremely responsive to inquiries and very helpful. Would definitely look to come back again.

Authentic Venice

We had a wonderful time in this charming little apartment. It’s in a great area with lots of things to do. Alessandro was so easy to communicate with and I only wish we had more time to stay in Venice.

Quick walk from train station with our heavy bags. Spacious. Clean. Homelike. Comfortable. Charming. A little off beaten tourist path so quiet. But very easy walking to everything in Venice. Also, cafe, restaurants, market close by. Wonderful stay!

Great location and host

The location of the property is ideal, very close to the train station and easy access to tourist sites but on a quiet side street. Just a few steps away we found a perfect little spot on the canal for a cafe and croissant. The host was very helpful with communication, information and suggestions and even making dinner reservations for us. The kitchen was perfect for making a simple meal at the apartment with a large market nearby. Would recommend this apartment.

A great experience and impeccable host

We could not have been happier with our stay in Venice. Our host went over and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including providing a service we could use to help us with or luggage to and from the train station. Venetian Beauty

Everything about this rental was great! The landlords took excellent care of us by providing up front service and were responsive to every question and need we had. The rental itself is full of interesting art from Venice, the beds are comfortable with clean quilts available, and the kitchen's very charming with an Old World flavor, but still clean and efficient. It's in a very convenient part of town near the train station and just down the corner from our favorite Egyptian bartender and breakfast cook. Awesome time!

Just as described. Really great communication from the guy who rents it out. Very centrally located by water taxi stop, so easy to get around. Perfect for me and my 2 teenagers traveling together.
