The APSARA villa is a 180m2 stone family house on a 1600m2 plot with all the necessary comforts for a peaceful holiday.
This villa is located at Cap Liouquet, 1700 Route de Saint Cyr 13600 La Ciotat, quiet and residential area, near Saint-Cyr-les-Lecques, Bandol, Sanary, Cassis and Marseille.
This house with personal pool is located in a private domain, with caretaker, tennis court, pétanque field and a playground for children and especially a private beach.

Due to its size, the house is also ideal for birthdays, baptisms, or business seminars ...
The large parking lot of the property can accommodate 5 cars.

The shaded garden with trees such as eucalyptus, olive trees in the middle of a colorful place of blue plumbagos, orange bignones, oleanders, reds, and whites and scents of lavender, lantanas, roses, ... All offering an exceptional view of the sea !

The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment and plenty of storage.
The back kitchen has a washer and dryer.
On the huge furnished terrace, enchanting view of the swimming pool and the sea, you can enjoy the plancha or the charcoal barbecue.

In the living room, equipped with sofa, armchairs, watch TV, listen to music or enjoy the winter of a chimney fire?

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, two of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom, one also having a WC. Upstairs, the "VIP" room has its own bathroom and WC as well as a terrace with an exceptional view.
Bed linen and towels are optional and can be rented. Need more beds?
We will provide two baby cots and two high chairs free of charge, upon request
.
Pre-departure cleaning is not included in the price, optional and flat-rate payment, unless the house is made perfectly clean.


The minimum rental period is 3 days depending on the season.
A deposit will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure after inventory.
On request, also benefit from the domain's babysitter or meals prepared for many people.

Great vacation villa with superb pool

We had a great stay by the sea in this very spacious and well equipped house. The swimming pool is absolutely superb and the views from the terraces are breatthaking. The hosts are very attentive and look after their property with a lot of heart.

Le liouquet

Mooie vakantie met het ganse gezin en prachtig uitzicht. De muggen waren wel een beetje de spelbreker maar een duik in het zwembad compenseerde dit grotendeels.

Bonne humeur mais pas de chance!

Propriété conforme aux photos avec un emplacement idéal. Pas de chance cependant pour la piscine dont l'eau avait "passé" ( les propriétaires nous avaient prévenus), l'eau chaude en panne le deuxième jour et la grosse fête de voisins jusque très tard dans la nuit. Propriétaires très arrangeants pour les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Merci pour cela. Le tarif appliqué me semble surestimé par rapport au logement lui même, mais le séjour fut très agréable tout de même.

Super week end au Liouquet !

Maison très agréable et très bien placée avec la petite plage à coté. Malgré la relative proximité de la gare et du centre-ville, l'absence de voiture a été compliquée, Merci aux hotes pour le coup de main !

Une belle maison en pierres, entourée de végétation, une vue plongeante sur la mer

La maison du Liouquet nous a permis de passer un superbe séjour en bord de mer début juin 2022. La maison est très spacieuse, très bien équipée. Elle dispose de multiples espaces extérieurs extrêmement agréables (piscine, arbustes, terrasses) avec des vues magnifiques sur la mer à travers les pins, comme quatre chambres sur 5, avec une mention spéciale pour la chambre du haut. Les Galand sont des hôtes charmants et très attentionnés qui entretiennent avec beaucoup de cœur leur propriété. Merci encore pour votre accueil.

Vue splendide sur la mer

Un très agréable séjour!

Belle villa spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire, idéalement située dans un domaine confidentiel en bordure de mer. La plage est à deux pas, le jardin magnifiquement fleuri. Nous avons également beaucoup profité de la grande piscine. L’accueil des propriétaires a été très chaleureux. Nous recommandons!

Belles vacances juillet 2020

Nous avons séjourné durant la 1ère quinzaine de juillet 2020. Le luxe de cette maison est son extérieur: grande terrasse avec une incroyable vue sur la mer, plancha et barbecue, grande piscine et plage privée à quelques mètres (les photos de l'annonce sont conformes à la réalité). L'intérieur de la villa est un peu daté mais parfaitement fonctionnel. Propriétaires sympathiques et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si l'occasion venait à se présenter.

Mycket bra boende för många!

Rent och fint när vi kom, utmärkta utrymmen, all utrustning fanns. Grundlig introduktion till boendet, mycket trevliga fastighetsägare. Huset ligger vackert till, havsutsikt, stor pool som sköts av extern utförare, vacker balkong på övervåningen, gott om badrum och toaletter. Området är övervakat och känns tryggt och säkert. Vacker natur, enkelt att ta sig till stränderna både i St Cyr sur Mere och t i La Ciotat.

Wonderful family-holiday house

We were a three-family party of 5 adults and 4 children. The house layout allowed good flexibility for sleeping arrangements. The large sheltered terrace, the superb pool and the private pebbled beach were the three key points that ensured complete enjoyment by everyone.

Vacances inoubliables en famille

Propriété de grande propreté aux volumes bien plus grands que sur les photos. Nous avons profité de la grande piscine, du tennis puisque des raquettes étaient à disposition et jouer à la pétanque avec les boules laissées par le propriétaire. La plage privative à côté de la maison nous a permis de faire de la plongée et admirer les fonds cristallins et voir de magnifiques poissons. Sur la grande terrasse nous nous sommes régalés de barbecue et de légumes cuits à la plancha. Le cadre est féerique avec une vue mer époustouflante. Tous les soirs nous pouvions voir les paquebots qui partent en Corse. Toute la famille grands et enfants étaient ravis et nous avons prévu de réserver pour l'an prochain.

Très beau séjour

Nous étions 8 à séjourner dans cette très jolie maison au sein d'un lotissement privé. Nous avons profité de la piscine, de la plage (avec accès privé), ainsi que du barbecue et de la terrasse privée avec une superbe vue. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Martine nous a très bien accueilli et informé. Elle était disponible rapidement par message pour la moindre question. C'était parfait.

Un site d'exception ! De super vacances !

A peine garé à la propriété, le chant des cigales, l'odeur de lavande et la vue sur mer nous le disait : nous allons enfin profiter des vacances a La Ciotat ! Les propriétaires nous ont fait visité leur maison : spacieuse, typique du sud, fonctionnelle et surtout très propre ! Après quelques conseils sur la tenue de maison, et de la piscine, nous voici dans l'immense piscine pour jouer avec les enfants. Puis nous avons profité du barbecue pour manger sur la terrasse avec vue sur la grande bleue ... Magnifique !!! L'après midi nous avons été à la plage privée de galet ou les enfants et nous meme se sont fait bronzer et ont profiter de la mer. Bien fatigué de notre première journée, nous avons bien dormi au calme de cette super villa. Seul bémol, le terrain de tennis est a 5 min à pied de la villa, nous l'aurions préféré dans la propriété :) Ravi de ces vacances, un grand merci aux propriétaires !: Si nous venons en vacances vers La Ciotat, nul doute que nous reviendrons là l'année prochaine

Vue sur mer féérique de la maison, et encore plus belle de la terrasse du premier étage. Nous avons profité sur place de toutes les activités proposées: la piscine, la mer toute proche, le tennis, la pétanque et le farniente. La wifi gratuite nous a permis de rester en contact avec nos familles et autres amis. Nous reviendrons très certainement. L'aspect familial de la location fait que l'on se sent très vite comme chez soi. A recommander.

vacances féériques

Avec nos enfants et nos petits enfants, nous avons passé des vacances idylliques dans une ambiance très familiale. Le cadre est superbe et tous ensemble nous avons pu profiter de la grande piscine. Chaque jour les plus jeunes aller au tennis et les petits enfants ont pu faire du roller sur le terrain. Le soir des parties de pétanque après le repas sur la grande terrasse face à la mer ont égayé un peu plus nos vacances. La propreté de la maison est irréprochable. Le jardin est bien fleuri. Les propriétaires accueillants. Nous conseillons vivement la location.

Ferien am Meer mit eigenem Pool für die grosse Familie

Gepflegtes Haus mit riesigem Pool in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem ruhigen Kiesstrand. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb, nahe der Hauptstrasse, von der aber nichts zu hören ist. Auf der grossen Veranda lässt sich den ganzen Tag gemütlich zusammen sitzen. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen.
