The villa's secluded private pool is set above the property, capturing the sun throughout the day, and there is plenty of room for the sun loungers. The lovely terrace, overlooking oleanders and olive trees, is the perfect place for a spot of lunch or an evening barbeque and there is a comfortable outside seating area, ideal for a relaxing drink in the afternoon sun.
The accommodation is on one level, accessed via a sloping driveway. The large sitting and inside dining area are a real feature, having a high beamed ceiling and a central fireplace. There are three bedrooms - the master bedroom, which has french doors opening onto the terrace, has a large en-suite bathroom with two wash basins, bath and separate shower. The second double bedroom also has a king size bed and shares the adjoining wet room with the third twin bedded room. The villa also has a large modern kitchen which is fully equipped for your stay.
