Apartment on the sea, in a typical residence (Gallurese farmhouse completely restored), very quiet, a few minutes from Baja Sardinia, 08 km away. from Porto Cervo, in the center of the gulf of arzachena (in front of Cannigione). We have a private pier, a few hundred meters from the house, suitable for the mooring of small boats (rubber boats and the like). private position but, at the same time, very strategic, in the center of the tourist area "Costa Smeralda". Ideal geographical context.

Casa tranquilla e gradevole

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 per quasi una settimana in questa casa vicino al mare in una zona molto tranquilla in mezzo al verde. I pro della casa sono appunto la sua tranquillità e la sua vicinanza alla spiaggia, la casa in se è molto bella e spaziosa, soprattutto il salotto e la cucina, molto gradita la presenza di 2 bagni e del terrazzino sopra la casa. Abbiamo invece trovato scomodo il rientro e l'uscita dalla stradina della casa, poiché era in salita abbastanza ripida e nell'uscire dovevamo andare forte e fermarci all'ultimo a bordo strada per far passare eventuali macchine; inoltre i primi giorni ci risultava difficile trovare l'ingresso della stradina poiché non era segnalata in alcun modo, suggerirei quindi di installare se possibile un cartello che indichi la presenza di un ingresso. Tutto sommato è stato un soggiorno davvero gradevole e spero di poter passare un'altra estate nella casa del gentilissimo Gian Paolo che è sempre stato disponibile e cordiale.

Ho ospitato con molto piacere questi ragazzi cordiali, corretti, discreti, rispettosi e simpatici, spero di poterli avere ancora miei ospiti. per quanto riguarda i piccoli problemi relativi all'accesso alla mia proprietà, posso dire che avevo già provveduto a segnalare l'ingresso alla stessa tramite due pannelli catarifrangenti di colore diverso rispetto a quelli esistenti lungo l'asse stradale,appunto per renderlo visibile, ma uno è stato divelto probabilmente prima del loro arrivo da qualche automobilista di passaggio. L'uscita dalla mia strada privata verso la Strada provinciale è in una piccola salita, ma lì si tratta solamente di avere un pò di manualità nell'uso di frizione e acceleratore, come in un qualsiasi spunto in salita. Un saluto al gentilissimo Mario e ai Suoi amici/amiche

Vacanza idilliaca

Ciao Gian Paolo, Grazie ancora per la bellissima accoglienza. La casa è veramente bella e pulita e si trova in un contesto molto tranquillo. La vicinanza da importanti centri turistici rende la vacanza molto confortevole. Ideale sia per famiglie che per giovani copie amanti della natura e animali. "Fuimos recibidos y atendidos de forma muy amable. El sitio es encantador y totalmente recomendable para parejas y familias. Para personas que quieren salir por la noche es un poco difícil, puesto que la señalización de la casa no es visible desde la carretera. Además si no quieres coger coche el taxi no te deja en el domicilio. Por lo demás perfecto"

"It was not the first tim...

"It was not the first time for us in Sardinia, so we can compare, but this house was obviously The Best place we ever staid on this island! The place is very cozy and nice, has a lot of space in a house and around it, is located in a private area and has a private beach, which in Costa Smeralda is of a great value! The place is really peaceful, so it’s very suitable for those who want to have a relaxed holiday or stay quietly with the family and children. However, we were 4 young people, always busy in action, and still – it’s THE BEST PLACE to stay; as being there you feel like an owner of a beautiful peace of land with beautiful surroundings, and after the busy day (and night!) we were just dreaming of coming back to our wonderful Italian house. If you don’t want to stay all the time in a place, - make sure you have a car, as the closest cities are within 3-4 km away (Baja Sardinia and Canniogione), and only there you can find some more people, supermarkets, bars, etc. Recommendation for the future renters: don’t hesitate to come + have a dinner on a roof of the house (you’ll find the stairs on the right hand of the entrance). Recommendation for the owner: the big bed in the sleeping room is ‘changeable’ indeedJ Everything else is super perfect!

"Hemos pasado una semana muy agradable en la casa de Gianpaolo. La casa es grande y esta bien equipada salvo en ocasiones por el agua caliente para bañarse que se termina rapido. El lugar es muy lindo y el entorno y las noches muy tranquilas. Recomendable para familias con coche."

"Wunderschön gelegenes al...

"Wunderschön gelegenes altes Haus, das aus 3 Parzellen besteht und liebevoll renoviert wurde. Gute Ausstattung aller Zimmer und der Küche. Kleine felsige Badebucht direkt am Ende des Grundstückes, sowie kleiner Sandstrand in ca. 200 Meter entfernung. Die Ruhe in wunderschöner Natur wird lediglich durch die Hunde in entfernterer Nachbarschaft gestört. Der Vermieter Herr A. ist sehr freundlich, unaufdringlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist über einen schmalen Feldweg erreichbar und ca. 5 km entfernt von Baja Sardinia, so dass ein Auto wohl von nöten ist."
