wonderful stay!

we had a wonderful stay. our room was clean and the terrace was lovely. Good directions to the property would be helpful for future guests as GPS isn't accurate on the last turns on narrow roads. Our hosts were very helpful with local places to go.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our 4 night stay, our apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The pool was very welcome in the heat and the views are beautiful! Franco and his family were so welcoming and were always busy with guests whether in the restaurant or driving them somewhere, nothing was too much trouble! The location in the village is so pretty with just a small shop, beautiful church and excellent restaurant (Francesco's) all in the small square that marks the dead end of the road

Nous avond passé une journée superbe chez Francesco. Noteer logie était l'appartement le plus bas avec un grand cour privé. Merci pour tous l'info et les pizzas de votre restaurant. Fortement a recommander si vous avez besoin d'explorer la côte Amalfi!

Un excellent séjour dans une magnifique région

Un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires Francesco et Marzia qui se sont dévoués et un excellent séjour dans une région paradisiaque. La maison est grande, 2 chambres spacieuses, 2 salles de bain, un grand séjour et cuisine et une très grande terrasse externe avec possibilité de bain de soleil. La proximité de leur restaurant est aussi un atout supplémentaire. Juste un petit plus indispensable à rajouter: une cafetière électrique serait la bienvenue !

Belle maison, endroit calme et reposant. Bon acceuil en français et propriétaires trés impliqués. Restaurant sympa et bon rapport qualité/prix. Le propiétaire donne de bons conseils pour les visites de la region (un +). Le moins, manqué un peu de vaisselle (couverts, bols, plats). A recommander.

Great location to experience the delights of the Amalfi and Sorrento Coast

We ended our three week holiday here and and proved to be a great base to explore. Franco and family provided us with a warm and friendly welcome and loads of good advice of where to go and how to get there and his tour links are very good value. His restaurant is excellent (we ate there every night) and watched spectacular sunsets over Ischia and the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The accommodation is basic but clean and spacious (there were 5 of us).

Zauberhafte Ferienwohnung umringt von Zitronenbäumen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Maria gefühlt! Das Häuschen ist sehr geräumig mit einer riesigen Terrasse gelegen im in einem winzigen Dörfchen von dem aus man gleichermaßen gut zu den beiden Küsten kommt. Die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend, alles was uns gefehlt hat, haben wir sofort bekommen, ebenso wie gute Ratschläge und sonstige Hilfe. Es ist nicht luxuriös, aber dafür sehr bezahlbar und super gelegen. Für uns war es perfekt! Jederzeit wieder!!!

Abbiamo ammirato la splendita costiera amalfitana .....da schiazzano comodo punto di riferimebto...appartamento comodo e rifornito di tutto ...tranquilllo e i gestori molto disponibili e gentili abbiamo gistayo i loro piatti serviti firettamente in appartamento.....noi abbiamo soggiornato a fine agosto ed eravamo due fai glie con cinque bambini....tutto ok

molto spaziosa

ci siamo trovati molto bene, eravamo in 7 ma la casa è molto spaziosa e siamo stati comodi, il terrazzo è varamente fantastico e la sera c'è fresco.I proprietari sono gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione, da li si raggiungono bene le spiagge di Massa Lubrense, Meta, Marina del Cantone.Consiglio solo di andare con automobili non troppo grosse (tipo monovolume) perchè l'accesso al parcheggio è un po' stretto

Nous avons aimé l'endroit ainsi que la gentillesse de Marzia, Franco et leurs 3 filles. Très bon point de départ pour visiter la très belle cote amalfitaine ainsi que Pompei, Capri, Ercolano et Naples. Je recommande.

Chaleureux et bien placé

Très grand appartement qui reste frais malgré la chaleur, et grande terrasse avec baby foot pour le grand plaisir des enfants. La proximité des autres appartements rend la location très conviviale. Mais l'accueil est surtout chaleureux grâce à Marzia, Francesco et leurs trois filles, toujours prêts à échanger, conseiller et favoriser les rencontres entre les résidents. La proximité du restaurant (pâtes et pizzas irréprochables) avec sa terrasse à la vue exceptionnelle est aussi un grand plaisir les soirs de grosse flemme ! Et puis Schiazzano semble un emplacement idéal pour qui veut visiter Pompei, Herculanum, le Vesuve ou Naples tout en profitant de la verdure et du calme d'un petit village..Par la circumvesuviana (train depuis Sorrente), 1/2h pour Pompei, 1h pour Naples. En voiture, il faut aussi suivre les bons conseils de Francesco pour éviter le traffic à certaines heures... Donc un excellent séjour chez des hôtes sympathiques et dynamiques. Grazie a tutta la famiglia per l'accoglienza !

Les hôtes sont tres accueillants et sympathiques, la maison est grande et propre, La terrasse immense, le village tres typique, le seul bémol est l'eloignement de la mer mais vacances en famille tres agréables, avec le soleil, les citrons et un jardin sympa.

"Nous avons eu un superbe...

"Nous avons eu un superbe accueil par les propriétaires, ils ne sont pas que propriétaires de locations de vacances, ils sont d''une gentillesse exemplaire, très serviables, très hospitaliers et conviviaux. La location est sympa, très propre, bien équipée et entourée de citronniers et belle vue sur la mer. Le village est très calme et charmant et la location est située à côté du clocher de l''église. Une épicerie et un restaurant se trouvent juste à côté de la location, ce qui est très pratique. Facile d''accès aux sites PompéÏ, Vésuve, etc. et sorties en mer (Côte Amalfitaine et Capri) grâce aux conseils des propriétaires. C''étaient d''excellentes et reposantes vacances."

"Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont toujours de bon conseil, merci à eux. Nous sommes repartis avec un sac plein de citrons. Le logement se trouve dans un endroit calme, chose rare dans la région ! Seul petit bémol, l''humidité dans notre logement : c''est a priori propre à ce logement (il s''agit d''une maison divisée en appartements). Ils sont en train de rénover la partie haute de la maison, de splendides appartements avec vue sur la mer s''y préparent ! Un bon rapport qualité-prix. Une belle région même si très bruyante et difficile d''accès : il faut aimer la vie à la napolitaine, le chaos. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, notamment grâce à la rencontre de charmants voisins !"

"La maison et son environ...

"La maison et son environnement de citronniers ont été un superbe cadre pour nous accueillir. Au coeur du village,sur les hauteurs de la presqu'ile si dense et fréquentée, les espaces fermés autour de la maison et de l'église sont un havre de paix. L'accueil est sympathique, agréable et efficace. On se sent vite "chez soi" et spontanément "amis"... Avec l'envie d'y revenir et d'y envoyer nos amis. Merci à Francesco et Marzia... "

"We zijn 15 dagen op het ...

"We zijn 15 dagen op het schiereiland Sorrento geweest, we hadden wel maandenlang willen blijven. Er is veel te zien aan historische vondsten (o.a. Pompeï, Paestum), veel natuur (o.a. Cilento en de Vesuvius). Verder kun je heel fijn zwemmen in de zee bij Nerrano. De citroenplantages zijn prachtig. Schiazzano is een mooi dorp, mooie kerk, lieve mensen in de kruidenierswinkel. Je kunt er heerlijke pizza's eten in het dorpsrestaurant. De eigenaren van het vakantiehuis (franscesco en Marzia) spreken Engels en zijn heel attent en vriendelijk evenals hun 3 dochters."

"nous étions déjà venus c...

"nous étions déjà venus chez Francesco et Marzia en 2006 et nous avons eu envie de renouveler cette experience il y a tellement de sites à visiter dans cette très belle région.L'accueil est toujours aussi sympathique,nous avons loué l'appartement plus grand qui est très bien aussi. C'est un village vraiment charmant ou il fait bon rentrer le soir après une journée de visites.Nous avons retrouvé avec joie le couple de la petite épicerie ou il y a tout ce qu'il faut.Maintenant il y a un parking pour la voiture ce qui est très bien aussi."

because' ours is a hospitality' family

What makes this property unique

the house is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms with 2 bathROOMs of which one specific for a room with 2 entrances directly in the private courtyard that surrounds the house of over 100 mqs
the house has a balcony directly covered from the kitchen for which you/he/she can also be dined to the open one when the time is not good
the zone is calm good choice to visit Amalfi and Capri with our organization of boats and you can directly visit also Pompeii with the bus that departs at 7 o'clock in the morning from the plaza to 20 mtrs from the house without taking the car
