VERY VERY QUIET AND COMFORTABLE, parquet, TWO KITCHEN, ONE INDOOR, ONE OUTDOOR, two bath rooms, very large terrace (80 sq. m. ). You may enjoy your staying in Palermo's centre having a tea or coffee cup in your personal and private terrace, between flowers and little pine trees...Antonio, the owner is a very nice person, speaking English fluently and very happy to plan for you the best trips around Palermo or down-town promenades...
Electricity: will be paid upon departure at the price of € 0.80 per Kw. h. consumed, but with a deposit of 150 euros upon arrival,

"This is a really well de...

"This is a really well designed apartment. It’s on the top floor (with a reliable lift) so it is quiet and you get a delicious breeze. ‘Indoors’ you have a double bedroom, spacious bathroom, kitchen and large L-shaped living/dining area (with surprisingly comfortable sofa beds). This leads almost seamlessly through French windows into a large ‘outdoors’ area, most of which has a sturdy roof with an attractive wood finish – quite impervious to a couple of heavy evening downpours we experienced while having a drink outside. We more or less lived ‘outdoors’, since it has a second kitchen, a large wooden table and chairs and a profusion of greenery and flowers, which offer privacy. We often ate at home in the evenings, though we had not intended to. There are two supermarkets and a fish shop within 5-10 minutes walk away. We were a party of 3 and found the apartment very comfortable, well appointed and well stocked with the necessaries of life - and some bonuses like an electric juicer for fresh orange in the morning, a hi-fi system and range of CDs for the music lovers and an interesting selection of books, many in English, including some good guides and John Julius Norwich’s history of Sicily under the Normans. Unfortunately, there was so much else to do that my husband only made it to chapter 2 – we’ll have to buy our own copy to finish it. We have stayed in a number of self-catering premises, several of which have been as comfortable and well appointed as this one. However all three of us felt this one was a bit special. Perhaps it was because the furniture, the decorations, the ornaments all reflected the personality of their owner, which made you feel more like a guest in his house than a paying visitor. Certainly on no previous self-catering holiday has the owner taken such trouble to ensure that all our wants have been met. Great accommodation in a beautiful and historic island – a truly memorable holiday!"

Un nid à Palerme

Appartement un peu excentré (plus au calme, mais bus nécessaire pour visiter centre). Agréable et original avec sa grande terrasse aérée, couverte et équipée. Une seule véritable chambre (un coin lit aménagé dans le salon). Antonio est accueillant et très serviable.

Tres belle famille, gentils et tranquilles. Ont laissé l'appartement en ordre et propre. Precisacion, il faut prendre le bus pour gagner le centre Historique (vielle ville), l'appartment est tres central (neuve partie de la ville) et dans une zone ou se trouve tout ce que on a besoin. Dopo la calorosa accoglienza,ho potuto apprezzare la bellezza dell'appartamento, che oltre ad essere arredato con gusto è coordinato di tutto ciò che ti fa sentire come a casa propria. La terrazza, con molte piante, permette di rilassarsi piacevolmente dopo le uscite per visitare Palermo e dintorni. la posizione è molto comoda sia se si vuole fare una passeggiata per andare verso il centro e anche se si decide di utilizzare mezzi pubblici per spostarsi più velocemente in altre zone
