Superb spacious house, great beach location.

This is a superbly located house, well equipped, very spacious, comfortable and quiet. It is a short walk via a gate in the rear garden down to the beach, and a 5 minute cycle into Couarde Town. The house is very well decorated to a high standard, with big rooms all round. In addition, the secure garage is perfect for cycles (we had 8) plus parking for two cars. As two families with young children the house worked exceptionally well. Our owners Anne and Jocelyn were extremely accommodating and informative about the house and our stay. Overall highly recommended, we look forward to staying again!

Maison optimale pour grande famille

Très bien située à 2 pas de la plage. Jardin avec grande table pour repas avec au moins 10 personnes, même possibilité à l'intérieur. Tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner.

Très belle maison, facile à vivre, très bien pourvue en matériel de cuisine. Très grande table à l'intérieur et sur la terrasse, une grande famille (10) peut y prendre ses repas à l'aise.Jardin resté à l'état nature où il fait bon se reposer. Idéal pour notre famille (2 grands-parents, 4 parents et 4 enfants de 6 à 10ans).

Très bon souvenir

Maison idéalement située et bien équipée .Excellents rappports avec la propriétaire. Le jardin non entretenu nous a valu des problèmes d'épillets avec les animaux (frais substantiels de vétérinaire). Par ailleurs nous n'avons pas été prévenu de travaux de BTP chez le voisin. Malgré tout un très bon séjour ; nous reviendrons.

A 2 pas de la plage

Nous avons passe une semaine a 2 familles (5 enfants) tres agreables dans cette maison. Elle est tres bien situee: le portillon au bout du jardin permet un acces a la plage en 2mn ideal avec des enfants, la maison se trouve a 4/5mn du centre de la Couarde/du marche, les ecoles de voile sont a moins de 10mn a pied. La disposition de la maison est tres bien avec les chambres d'un cote et le salon de l'autre. Le jardin, un peu sauvage, a donne une dimension "nature" a notre sejour. Equipement de la maison ok pour 10 au moins (attention a la dimension des lits pour les draps!!!) et accueil tres chaleureux et flexible sur l'horaire. A recommander

"Villa située idéalement : la plage est à 1 minute de l'autre côté de la dune! Environnement très calme. Idéal pour séjour en famille. La Villa est bien équipée, a tous les atouts pour un séjour facile à vivre et est située dans une commune idéale comme point de départ pour visiter l'île de Ré."
