In the heart of the Maremma, in the country near the see (in the countryside, quiet but not isolated, in the heart of Maremma, 4.5 km from the sea, flat on the 1st floor comprises a large kitchen / living room with sofa bed, veranda, 1 bedroom with double bed plus two sleeps in a bunk bed (cot on request), bathroom with shower, large garden and lawn with various trees and plants, swing, brazier.
The prices for the month of September are as indicated in the table "Periods and Rates." To be agreed arrivals and departures other than Saturday and for short stays. Charges included in price for 2-3 pp, final cleaning to be agreed

Appena rientrata dal soggiorno di 1 settimana in questo alloggio, le foto rispecchiano a pieno la realta', casa adatta a famiglie con bambini visto il bellissimo giardino con altalena vista sugli olivi e sui campi,sono ben accettati gli amici a 4 zampe. Le localita' balneari piu' vicine ma sempre da raggiungere solo con l'auto sono fiumara, marina di grosseto, spiaggia le marze,castiglion della pescaia. La proprietaria Catia gentilissima presente e disponibile. La consiglio vivamente.
