Nice country house Longo Maï with swimming pool and private canoes on the river

Newly renovated country house for 12 to 14 persons with all comfort like swimming pool and canoes situated in between vineyards and forests of the „Green Provence“. The 4000 square meters garden lies direct by the swimmable river “Argens”. The very big and nice “living kitchen” with sliding window elements has a direct access to the garden. The living room (36m2)has a panoramic view of the pool . The house includes 6 bedrooms (3 french double beds, 9 single beds, 1 baby bed ), 3 bathrooms (1 bath tub, 2 showers), 3 toilets. It is possible to organise a 7th sleeping room in the second living room.
Beautiful pool (5 by 10 meters), with a big terrace, pool house and deckchairs surrounded by palms, lavender and pine trees. The big garden reaches down to the river with nice old trees like cherry trees and oak trees to end at the landing stage for our private canoes.

The swimmable river Argens has its own natural pools ideal for swimming, fishing, canoeing in the summer, undisturbed and also easy to reach for children. Pure nature river side with trees in a nature protected resort.

In the Surrounding there are many sightseeing tours possible. The famous abbey of Le Thoronet, the romantic villages of the “Green Provence” with its market places, the canyon of Verdon, the whole Côte-d’Azur between the Camargue and die Italian border, the back country with the sea alpes.

The house is not too isolated though there are no direct neighbours (150 meters). It lies 4 km from the historic village center of Le Thoronet where you have a bakery, a supermarket, a boucher, a post office, a café and restaurants. Bigger supermarkets and highway in 12 km.

Our swimmping pool is heated in the middle season (+/- 27 ° Celsius).

We rent from saturday to saturday. You pay a cash deposit (500 Euros) only on arrival.

Electricity and water costs of the villa and final cleaning add to rent. Bed linen can be rented upon arrival.
