Sarasota vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this home very much. Sarasota is a wonderful place to visit, with beaches, museums, and so much to see and do. The home was well cared for and cozy. The hosts had lots of supplies of all kinds. The pool and patio area were wonderful. We will definitely keep this beauty in mind for future vacations.

Great getaway

This house was amazing! We had plenty of room for our yearly girls trip. The house was very clean and located in a very nice neighborhood. It was only a short drive to the beach and the pool was perfect as well. Will definitely book again next year!

Great place to stay for our family! We loved it!

Yvonne was great to work with and always was prompt to answer any questions we had. The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying here and it fit our family great. We especially appreciated the fact that there was beach chairs and beach umbrellas provided at the property for when we visited the nearby beaches. Great place to stay!

very nice property for a larger group

The house was perfect for our stay. The layout of the home makes it workable to a larger family while affording privacy. The exterior and lawn need help but the inside is great. The pool is one of the cleanest and perfectly heated pools we have rented. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

We enjoyed the location as it was close to restaurants, shopping, the Legacy Trail, and if course the beach. The house was spacious enough to accommodate the individuals that spent the week with us. Would we return? Yes we would.

We were really impressed with the property and its convenient location to everything including the world famous Siesta Key Beaches.It was very spacious and we really enjoyed all the room.My wife and my mother-in law filled our days by sitting around the pool as it drizzled rain in the morning and then heading to the beach. There was the UTC Mall which my wife thought was" absolutely fabulous". Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this property. Don't let the outside fool you!

Our stay at the beach

The house is very nice,big and well equipped with everything you need .also very located to all stores and restaurants. Also to get to the beaches , it takes around 18 minutes to lido and siesta beach. There was only 2 issues with the house. The master bedroom shower does not give hot water.also the lani need to be cleaned from the web.we did enjoy our stay .

Spacious and lovely!!

This is our third visit to the Sandpiper property and it is wonderful! We notice owner upgrades each time we visit. LARGE house with lots of bedrooms but also a lot of living space. The outside area by the pool is so beautiful with coffee in the morning. We had six ladies stay for several nights and had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space. The details are great too--very clean, kitchen is very well stocked, irons, ironing boards, highchair & baby stuff (if you have a need for this, we did not :) ), beach chairs, large dinner table, two separate living rooms with TVs, and the owner is easily accessible. Our group HIGHLY recommends this rental for vacationing or business trips.

Just Fabulous!

Can't say enough great things about this property and my communications with Yvonne. The house is BEAUTIFUL and immaculate. Plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a big bonus and we enjoyed it as much as the beach. Home and pool are fully equipped with EVERYTHING you need--just add food and people! Superb property, location & amenities

We have rented several VRBO's over the years and this property was very well represented in the listing. For us, it is most challenging to determine whether a property is really (really) clean just by looking at the photos. We were delighted at how clean the house was prior to our arrival and how well stocked it was with supplies. Additionally, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed...and more. We greatly appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was very clean and perfectly sized. The location was quiet yet walking distance to groceries, Walgreens, Starbucks and beautiful neighborhoods to walk through. Yvonne was very responsive and helpful. We hope to return in the future.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We rented this house for two months and enjoyed every minute of our stay there. It is an extremely comfortable house – clean and easy to maintain, convenient room layout, comfy beds, loads of storage space, tastefully decorated, modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, great high definition TVs, speedy wifi service, and conveniently located to groceries and beaches and restaurants. But our favorite part of this property is the pool and pool deck/patio where we spent most of our time. And our dogs loved the fenced-in back yard, too! Nice January Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sarasota Sandpiper Vacation home. The home had a welcoming "vibe" from the time we pulled onto the driveway. The owner has added many personal touches using a coastal/beach decor. The home more than met our expectations based on the posted listing and was very clean! The location worked out well for both going to the beach and touring nearby attractions, plus, having a nice, private pool to enjoy! The owner responded to any questions/concerns we had in a reasonable amount of ,time and was very accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vacation home to friends and family. Our biggest concern had nothing to do with the property or the owner, but the $354 service fee paid to VRBO/Home Away for the booking. That just seems excessive for one booking!

WONDERFUL!!!

What a great vacation! My family & my brother's family (4 adults & 5 kids under 7 y/o) stayed here for a week and we couldn't have been more pleased. It was very clean! Very spacious! Great layout! Everything you need to cook with is there! Only 2 things we have to say as cons...1 - Fridge could be a lot bigger. 2 - The oven takes a LONG time to cook...so make sure to account for that when planning meals. Hint: Check what spices/condiments are there before buying them & check on zip-lock bag stock before purchasing. There may be some already there. But there is Tupperware for food leftovers as well. Thank you Yvonne for a great family vacation!

Pleasant Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our 3rd winter stay at Sarasota Sandpiper. We like the location in the Forest Lake subdivision close to I-75 for traveling to nearby attractions and vacation communities, yet just a short drive to Siesta Key and other beaches. On those warm, sunny days, it was great having the option to relax in/around the pool, which was serviced regularly. The owners maintain and continue to make improvements (landscaping, new fencing, keyless entry) and upgrades to the property. Yvonne is easy to contact, and any issues are readily resolved. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again.
