Nice quiet place to get away!
This was a nice place to stay within walking distance of all the major attractions. The chocolate factory and trolley were within a stones throw. The furniture could be updated with new, more comfortable furniture.
Quaint cozy Apt..
Location wasn't bad, little hike from everything but we enjoyed walking or taking the trolley.
My only negative was the furniture was very uncomfortable.
Great Little Apartment - minutes from everything!
This apartment was perfect for my husband, puppy and I. It was small (which was fine and we knew beforehand) but it has a nice upgraded kitchen and bathroom. My only complaint was the bedroom gets very stuffy as there is only a window unit in the living room. And a curtain to block out the morning light above the bed would also be nice. But overall a GREAT PLACE and we'll definitely stay there again!
A great small place, perfect for a family of 3.
Our only suggestions are possible curtains in the bedroom to cut back on the lights from passing traffic, and white linen and towels for a more fresh clean look and feeling.
We had a great time at your property, thank you!
This is a great apartment, within walking distance to the historic district!
Tha condo is best suited for short stays. The condo is located above a Subway restaurant—bad smells
The condo is well located for those interested in exploring St. Augustine on foot. Restaurants and historic sites are within walking distance.
The kitchen is modern and well stocked, but who wants to cook while on vacation? The bed is comfortable but there is no dresser in which to put clothes. We had to buy hangers as there were few in the closet. Seating in the living room is limited to a very uncomfortable couch. The condo and hallway were clean, except the windows which desperately needed washing. The bathroom shower is nice but water pressure is sometimes weak.
Traffic on King Street is very loud and almost constant until 11 or 12 at night. Also the carbon monoxide makes sitting on the balcony not very pleasant.
Parking in the rear of building is shared with Subway customers, but is usually available. Stairs to condo has lots of mold. Front balcony floor has hole covered by plywood—seems dangerous to me.
Nearby bar has loud music on weekend nights.
Lots of short-term renters with dogs.—one dog barked continuously for 5 hours two days in a row. I complained to dog owner and rental agents to no avail.
We had a problem with the bedroom TV and owner repaired it within a reasonable time.
I think this condo is great for short stays.
Also, I think HomeAway should inform prospective renters that the unit is above Subway.
