The "Studio Superior" is available for short-term rental. It consists of two adjoining studios featuring a spacious terrace with excellent mountain views. The terrace can either be shared or divided by a side awning to ensure privacy for guests in both units. Located on the building's second floor, it boasts a large, private terrace. It is ideal for four people, though two additional guests can sleep on a sofa bed. The property is close to an area with bars, restaurants, a supermarket, shops, a pharmacy, and a bank. It is a great choice for those traveling by car, as there are free public parking spaces on the street right in front; these are usually available all day during the summer and from 6:00 PM onwards in the winter. A bus stop is just 50 meters away, and Baños del Carmen beach is 1 km away. Málaga's historic center is approximately 3 km away, with a direct bus connection available.

Tres bel appartement

Appartement conforme aux photos. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Entree de l immeuble avec le magnifique style Andalousie. Dès l entree vous tombez sous le charme de cette région. Appartement propre,fonctionnel et très calme . Situation idéale à malaga ( proche du centre ville / proche de la plage / proche des autoroutes pour rejoindre les autres grandes villes d Andalousie). Le propriétaire est disponible et très gentil. Nous espérons revenir très vite !!!

Der Urlaub war schön,habe ich viel gesehen.
