Situated on the Casas del Sol complex with two bedrooms both with recently installed efficient remote controlled air conditioning (coin operated) which can also heat as well (rarely needed)1 twin 1 double.Reception will take care of you on arrival and provide the linen and cleaning throughout your stay and help with any queries. Ample storage and hangers. Bathroom with corner shower and washing machine. Spacious well furnished lounge with pull out sofa bed. Free dual WiFi one standard and another superfast

, Freeview Internet TV with all Sky HD channels,all UK ,BT sport,Bein, etc, etc and all language channels, DVD/CD player 40" wall mounted flat screen TV Well fitted kitchen area including m'wave, fridge, hob and full size oven. Private, spacious, furnished patio area,south facing sun trap,excellent private sunbathing.Key operated safe, hairdryers, iron.Just across the road you will find the Spar supermarket,several bars,Indian restaurant,Italian restaurant and Popeyes sports bar and late night live music Irish Anvil bar.Further into town left at the harbour about 20 min walk there is that Papagayo centre with Irish bars,cocktail bars and very late night bars,fish and chips,Burger King.
Further along is the Marina, bit quieter but worth a visit,market is on Saturdays and wednesdays I believe

Everything was good, for the price we paid.Thr kitchen could do with an update (drawer fronts eobbly, fridge door ahelves broken and/or missing). We understand that this happens in rentals and it wasn't an issue for us.Parasol available and beach towels.The master bedroom is smaller than the twin and the ceiling fan in the master was insufficient, however, the stand alone fan compensated for this.An overall lovely stay.Thank

Situated in Plays Blanca at the smart resort of Casa del Sol this is an ideal place to spend an enjoyable relaxing holiday. Restaurants,bars and beaches are all located close by.

An enjoyable stay. The property was in a great location and was well equipped with excellent wi-fi connection. The site was quiet and the gardens well maintained. The only negative was that the property's sunbeds need updating.

Very comfortable, convenient to the local town centre and waterfront where there are a great choice.

The resort of Casas del Sol is pleasantly situated and our villa was very private, with 2 nice double bedrooms and large well furnished lounge, with a nicely furnished patio. The resort also has a very good swimming pool. Whilst there is major work going on building the new harbour the noise levels were not too intrusive and had little impact on our stay.

We have based ourselves at 7a for several restful holidays now. Without fail we have been delighted with the accommodation and associated facilities. It's proximity to the Playa Blanca harbour with its impressive restaurants, shops and promenade adds to the holiday experience!! We'll be back!!!

Great location and value for money

We have stayed in many villas in playa blanca over the years and this villa did not disappoint.Casas del sol complex is in a great location behind the harbour and central for town and the beaches. The pool area is kept very clean and gardens surrounding very pretty. Reception staff are also very helpful and friendly.The villa 7a has a nice position at the bottom of the complex so very quiet and private. Inside the villa the furniture and general decor is a bit dated but all functional and in fairness reflective of the price we paid for the stay. All communications regarding our booking were responded to very quickly by the owner who was also very accommodating allowing us a late checkout as we had an evening flight.We all had another fantastic stay in playa blanca and would definitely recommend casas del sol and villa 7a if you are looking for great value for money in a fab location.Thank you to the owner and we will certainly be in touch when booking for later in the year.

Location of the property is excellent, staff in reception, cleaners and grounds people very friendly and efficient. Second to none. Pool was a bit cooler than expected being worked on to bring back solar panel max efficiency. Overall a great new experience.

Great location,quiet and chilled

Playa Blanca has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Excellent restaurants,loads of shops and bars with really good live entertainment. Casas de la Sol had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with TV, well equipped kitchen and lovely quiet lounge area, so we could choose whether to stay in or go out. Shared swimming pool great size and always got a sun lounger & not too busy. It's close to the sea and all amenities. The reception staff were very helpful and went above and beyond for us as we arrived very late in the night ,we had a very relaxed holiday would highly recommend & stay again.

Great location, excellent accommodation

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The property is as described in the ad and had everything that we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable seating and a sunny outdoor space. It's a short walk to the promenade and just over a kilometre to Playa Flamingo beach. We had a problem with the wifi and really appreciated Les' swift response to help us resolve it. The property is quite close to the road but we did not find it in the least bit noisy; the complex as a whole is very quiet too, so perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Overall, we had a great holiday!

Short stay

Lovely short stay at 7a. Facilities as described. Enclosed garden a perfect sun trap with 4 loungers, table for 4 and coffee table with chairs. Swimming pool very quiet with lots of loungers to choose from. All surrounding areas beautifully kept. Ate out so did not really use kitchen facilities so can’t comment on these except to say we used the fridge 😊. Air con in bedrooms useful. Sky tv acting up a bit but was fixed by staff. Good value for money in a location of Playa Blanca that we like and stayed in before. Ideal for couples but probably not for families with older children as pool area is a quiet area with restrictions on music and inflatables. Would stay again.

It was clean and had what we required. TV great, cushions on sun beds need a good wash. It was wonderful having two towel changes a week. Outside furniture very comfortable. Big, big plus for me was the air conditioning. I now only look to rent those with air conditioning. Plenty of hangers . As usual the grounds and pool were immaculate. Building the fence without putting in either a gate or style is very off putting renting down that end. I’m not sure of the reasoning. Having to walk back on yourself is tedious and rather a waste of time.

The bungalow was just perfect for me and my husband. It was perhaps in need of a refurb inside as it was a little tired, but perfectly clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more. It was also cleaned 3 times during our 10 night stay. Really comfortable. The only thing was, the air con I think would be quite costly as it's a meter you feed. We managed with the fans though. The patio area was outstanding with loads of furniture, sunbeds, parasol, table and chairs. There was a clothes horse with pegs if you wanted to hang some clothes to dry. Having the washing machine made a huge difference to the amount of luggage we had to take. There's a Spar, some restaurants, bars and other shops just across the road although the complex did not have a back gate so you had to walk up to reception and then back the way to get there. It's a 2 minute walk to the smallish but lovely pool. The grounds were immaculate! The reception staff were the best ever, going above and beyond for us. They helped us trace a lost phone making phone calls and sending emails to trace a lost phone. They helped us hire a 2 person mobility scooter and when we could not get it into the patio to charge they provided a ramp and even took the gate off. We would award them 10 stars if we could. It's only a 10 minute walk to the promenade and the restaurants, bars, shops etc. There's loads to do re water sports and the food we got was fab in every restaurant. We would go back in a heartbeat. Estupenda experiencia

Bonito alojamiento, bien situado a unos minutos de la playa, limpieza cada dos días con cambio de toallas incluido, urbanización muy bonita y cuidada con piscina de agua salada y climatizada. Como pega diría que el colchón de la cama de matrimonio se hunde mucho. El personal del complejo es encantador, nos dio todo tipo de recomendaciones.Repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Excellent central location close to the harbour provides easy walking to all the shops, restaurants and bars in Playa Blanca. Flamingo beach is a 10 minute walk along the fabulous promenade, Dorada Beach 15 minutes in the other direction through the town. The marina area is another 5 minutes on from there. You can continue on to the Papagayo beaches for a more secluded, relaxed environment. All in all if you want a long or short walk there is plenty to explore on foot or you can hire bikes for a longer challenge.
