The 27m2 studio sest on the 1st floor of a building without elevator. It includes a large room composed of a well equipped kitchen, a dining area, a sleeping area (double bed and a sofa bed)
The studio also includes a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

It offers great views of the sea. The large sandy beach and sheltered lagoon are the delight of young and old. And on the esplanade that separates it from the beach on Sunday morning you can enjoy the summer market where many merchants will offer among other fruits, vegetables, fish, shellfish, oysters.

Close to many restaurants and pancake shops, a bakery, a sailing school, a golf course and an equestrian center. A supermarket 4km.

Between Erquy and Cap Frehel, ideally placed to visit the cities of Pléneuf-Val-André, Dinard, Saint Malo, Dinan and the Rance Valley.

Schöne kleine Wohnung mit Blick in Strandnähe

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Einzimmerwohnung in einem historischen Gebäude. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock mit Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist breit, der Bäcker ganz in der Nähe und es ist nicht weit zum Cap Frehel. In diesem Ort kann man einige schöne Tage verbringen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Sables d'or sehr genossen. Das Studio war geräumig, sauber und gut eingetichtet. Der Ausblick, ein Traum. Der Parkplatz im Hinterhof war sehr praktisch, wobei wir das Auto, in den 4 Wochen, nicht viel bewegt haben. Nicht nur der wunderbare Strand, sondern auch schöne Wanderwege waren zu Fuss zu erreichen. Immer wieder gerne. Frau und Herr Tronet waren sehr nett, wir sagen dankeschön! Fam. Fross

Studio magnifique

Très beau studio, très bien agencé et équipé... Rien ne manque. Une liste est donnée par les propriétaires indiquant l'inventaire de tout ce qui est disponible, il y a également un livret d'accueil et également des cartes de la région... Tout est pensé pour que votre séjour se passe bien. Quant à la localisation de ce studio, une pure merveille. Calme, la mer est visible (et très proche) du studio. Des propriétaires charmants et à l'écoute si vous rencontrez un problème. Une belle surprise nous attendait à notre arrivée de leur part. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de revenir très vite dans ce lieu magique. Merci pour tout

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location, très bien située à face à la mer et à quelques mètres de la magnifique plage de sable dans une région magnifique et bien préservée. L''accueil des propriétaires était charmant et ils ont été disponibles à nous fournir aide et informations. Le studio était pourvu de tout l''équipement nécessaire. We spent a very nice holidays in the apartment, located just in front of a beautiful sandy beach and nearby a supermarket, a bakery and restaurants. The owners were very helpful, friendly and available. The studio is fully equipped. This part of Brittany region is beautiful and well-protected. I highly recommend this location. "Tanto Gérard como su mujer son personas muy amables y siempre intentan que sus inquilinos estén muy cómodos. Hasta nos regalaron un botella de Sidra bretona!!!! El único problema es que no saben casi inglés y de español ni papa... jajaja Nos costó un poquillo entendernos pero al final lo conseguimos perfectamente. Es una apartamento perfecto para una pareja. Si se va con niños, tienes un sofa cama que puedes utilizar. El único inconveniente es que está en un pueblo que está en la punta más lejana de Côtes d''Armor. Nosotros nos perdimos 1 vez para llegar hasta el pueblo porque no está señalizado hasta que estás a 6 km. Otra cosa, el pueblo es muy tranquilo, casi no hay vida nocturno por lo que si quieres ir a tomar unas copillas es bastante dificil!! jajaja En resumen, recomendamos el apartamento."

"Nous avons été enchantés par cette location qui correspond parfaitement à l'annonce.L'appartement est très bien équipé et doté d'une documentation exceptionnelle sur la région. El apartamento evidencia que, sus propietarios quieren que los inquilinos estén lo más a gusto posible. La ubicación es perfecta por dos motivos; el primero, como campamento base para poder conocer el norte de Bretaña y, el segundo por el emplazamiento dentro del mismo pueblo en sí. Asimismo son de destacar las indicaciones de los propietarios para poder visitar las localidades más interesantes, sin olvidar su amabilidad. Totalmente recomendable."
