Kea is the ideal island for those that want to relax and have a great vacation.
430 sq. m. villa with a fantastic sea view for rent on the Island of Kea Tzia. The Villa is set on a 4,250 sq. m. plot of land 50 m. from the sea. On the ground level there is a large living room with a fireplace and high ceilings, a dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, a w. c and two bedrooms with one bathroom, all the rooms have a sea view. On the first floor there is a large bedroom with an en suite bathroom and an office, which leads onto a large balcony with a sea view, on the lower ground floor which leads straight on to the garden, there is a second living room, a guest suite with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, a second guest suite with a bedroom, a bathroom and a seating area, a laundry room, covered parking for 4 to 5 cars, a large BBQ area and a swimming pool, with ample seating areas for relaxing, as well as a shaded dining area for 12 people.
The villa/house/apartment will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
Facilities: 2 living rooms, fireplace, main living room dining table seats 8, kitchen dining table for 8 people, 1 master bedroom with en- suite bathroom (shower), two bedrooms with 140 ” queen size beds with one bathroom (shower), one suite with two bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds) and one bathroom (shower), second suite with one bedroom and one bathroom (shower), 1 w. c,

This Greek island villa was an excellent place for our family reunion! The easy accessibility and Maria's exceptional help made our stay even more enjoyable. The view, beach proximity, and house layout made it a perfect spot for our family. Highly recommend! 🌊🏖 ️🌞👌

Posizione perfetta
La villa è in una posizione strategica ed una meravigliosa spiaggetta, non privata ma spesso senza nessuno, è a reali 3 min. di piacevole cammino. La zona è strategica, a mio giudizio nella parte più vivibile dell’isola con tante alternative vicine sia per mangiare che per il bagno. È indispensabile cmq una macchina o una moto. L’isola è molto grande e inaspettatamente selvaggia e molte belle spiagge sono difficilmente raggiungibili ma ne rimangono molte altre altrettanto belle. La casa è grande e corrisponde alle foto. Volendo trovare dei “difetti” è un po’dispersiva nella distribuzione degli spazi e con un gusto un po’troppo “classico” nell’arredamento. Personalmente preferisco uno stile un po’più cicladico ma è una questione veramente personale. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e, visto che ha piovuto un paio di giorni, ci hanno offerto un giorno in più (che non abbiamo potuto accettare per via dei voli). Per dirla tutta ci hanno anche fatto pagare 250€ per un grande cuscino della piscina danneggiato che sinceramente non so se fosse già rovinato o meno ma questo fa parte delle regole e va accettato. Nel complesso forse un po’caro ma sicuramente consigliabile
