The flat is very well located and tastefully decorated, all modern convenience. In a splendid and calm area, close to all amenities.
Literally in front of the sea, the view is amazing. The city is very lively during the whole year.
Given the COVID-19 context, the end-of-stay cleaning fee of €75 is systematic.
The cleaning fee and the linen rental option (19 € / person), highly recommended, will be paid to our local correspondent providing the concierge service.

Four friends in France

The four of us had a great stay at this apartment for two weeks. It was a nice location, very clean, nicely renovated apartment. We were able to cook in the kitchen and walk and ride bikes to many sites. The sea views from the large double windows were priceless. Many thanks, Rachel

St malo et la mer

Property was fully satisfactory. Location, accuracy of property description and professional management. Apartment is fully equipped and relatively quiet. Suggest adding shellfish utensils for seafood dinners. Plan to teturn.

Perfect stay!

We spent a fantastic week at Jacqueline’s apartment. The property manager greeted us upon checkin, and explained the workings of the apartment. She was kind, thoughtful, professional, and an absolute pleasure. The apartment is bright, spacious, clean, nicely furnished, and very well equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home, including a Nespresso machine and full size refrigerator/freezer. The shower is great, the bed comfortable, and the view to the ocean is fantastic! We love the picture windows, and happily spent hours enjoying the view. This is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed, and would love to return.

Great location and beautiful apartment

We loved staying at this apartment in St. Malo. Across the street was the beach and a great view of the National Fort. It was less than a ten minute walk to the old walled city with its shops and restaurants. The whole place was renovated and modern. We had two full bathrooms with nice showers. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. We rented a car so the designated parking spot was a plus. Laurance who manages the place was friendly and helpful. We paid a reasonable fee for linens to be provided. The cleaning fee and that had to be paid in cash, so bear in mind you’ll need euros in hand. Like all European washer/dryer combos we’ve encountered, the washer is great and the dryer not so much. Just use the drying rack provided to air dry. We had heard the water was cold for swimming. Being from Massachusetts, we found the water warm! It was great. Very much the same temperature as beaches in Rhode Island or the warm side of Cape Cod and certainly warmer than the North Shore or Maine beaches. All in all, we loved it. Beautiful place and very comfortable for 4 people. I’d rent it again even as just a couple.

Pour la 3e fois et pas la dernière ! Nous avons séjourné dans ce joli appartement lumineux et pratique et surtout qui dispose de la superbe vue que représente la plage du Sillon et le fort national, ses superbes couchers de soleil. Le seul petit point négatif est l'humidité qui persiste un peu dans la chambre du bas mais les fenêtres doivent certainement restées ouvertes plus longtemps. C'est tout. Laurence est très compétente et toujours à l'heure. Excellente communication. Mais St Malo sous canicule extrême je n'avais jamais vu.

Appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la plage du Sillon. Les vagues nous ont bercées durant tout notre séjour, les couchers de soleil et les longues marches sur la plage nous ont ravies.Appartement très bien situé, endroit calme et à distance à pied d’Intra-Muros, les remparts, le Fort National, le port, …Propre, bien équipé, chambres spacieuses.Les communications avec Laurence ont été super efficaces et elle nous a fourni des informations pertinentes et complémentaires sur les restos et les activités que nous voulions faire.
