Can Bajoca1 Holiday Villa close Pollensa Golf:
Bajoca 1 is a holiday Villa located in Pollensa in quiet rural surroundings, with peaceful and privacy, at the foot of the impressive mountains around it.

Just beside has it neighbour Bajoca-2, another holiday Villa both twins in their home size, land plot and services, ideal for families who want to be together, but each one in own house or a group of friends.



Distributed all property on same level, we find the very large living-dining room all in one stay but with different ambience, with the equipped kitchen beside to this spacious living-dining room and with direct access to side porch and along the garden and pool 4,5 x 9m, surrounded by lawn. It has three double rooms with two beds and one of them double bed, all equipped with air conditioning. Two bathrooms. Front to the porch and the pool is a spacious room equipped with a electric BBQ with coal-volcano where for sure will spend a pleasant evening at any time of year.



Like Bajoca-2,these two houses are both located in a privileged environment, accessed by a country lane with very few neighbors that really enjoy a certain atmosphere of privacy and tranquillity.



Ideal for golf players, only just a couple of minutes can enjoy Pollença Golf . and in Alcudia area, is other Aucanada Golf, 10 km far away.





Pollença, Port de Pollença, Cala de Sant Vicenç and especially Formentor, with the viewpoint known as 'Es Colomer' and el Cap de formentor , with 350m high limestone cliffs on this wild peninsular that creates spectacular rock formations with stunning views from the top towards the bay of Pollensa, occupies the northeast tip of the Island.



Puerto Pollensa retains its extraordinary specificity with its long promenades and wide beaches, because of that and favorable winds and water depth, has become one of the most popular for starting sailing, windsurf, Katesurf... can not be missed!.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa, which is surrounded by majestic mountains and lush trees. the home is very spacious and would be perfect for two families traveling together. the clean, sparkling swimming pool was clean, plus—it was a treat to swim while taking in the stunning natural scenery. ?it's important to note that a car is essential for this location, as it's quite secluded. the nearest beaches are about a 30-minute drive, and there are no shops within walking distance. the closest store, a lidl, is a 10-minute drive away. ?a few things to remember: the villa does not provide basic toiletries like soap or shampoo. while there is plenty of cutlery, you will also need to bring your own cooking essentials, such as oil, salt, and pepper.

we had a fantastic time at the villa! a lovely place in a wonderful setting, very peaceful, different seating areas for varying times of the day and the pool / terrace part to the back was amazing. lovely bit of shade under the lemon tree as well. surrounded by hills, with a wonderful sunset, would recommend. the single track road and tight corners being the only hurdle but you get used to it. nissan qashquai just made it. arrived in the middle of the night and accessing keys was no problem. main kitchen is a bit dated, some utensils / items like chopping boards need replaced. watch the kettle. bin an issue, ask for a big bin for general waste. you can take recycling to pollensa where they have public bins. main fridge was ok, small fridge in pool room to rear much better. had a great and relaxing time!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Finca. Wir hatten genug Platz und es war alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Es war sehr ruhig und die Natur wunderschön. Auch der Pool war groß und hat uns sehr erfrischt. Das Wespennest war ein Problem aber es wurde sofort beseitigt nachdem ich es gemeldet habe, das war super Service. Lediglich die sehr enge Zufahrt und die Sauberkeit muss ich bemängeln. Hätte es einen Staubsauger gegeben hätten wir ihn selbst gerne benutzt. Die Toiletten rochen stark nach Urin, schon bei der Ankunft. Der Wasserkocher geht nicht mehr von alleine aus, sodass er überhitzt! Ansonsten war alles super. Wenn das mit der Reinigung besser funktioniert würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Tolle Unterkunft. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Leider ist der Besen durchgerostet (zum Glück erst mal letzten Tag). Die Terrassenmöbel beim Pool sind bereit für den Müll und müssen ersetzt werden. Die Liege hat mehrfach nachgeben, so dass man nach hinten gefallen ist und die Stühle schneiden in die Haut ein. Auch der Tisch ist nicht mehr belastbar. Die Matratzen und Schlafräume sind super und die Fliegengitter sind toll. In der Küche wären neue Teller eine gute Investition, da diese auch schon sehr abgenutzt und kaputt sind. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und konnten uns toll erholen. Danke.

Das Haus und vor allem der Außenbereich wirkten sehr gepflegt. Das Interieur ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren gut und wirkten neu. Gutes Wasserdruck und heißes Wasser. Es gab sogar Fliegengitter. Die Gartenmöbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen

Im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes Objekt. Die Fotos in der Anzeige entsprechen nicht der Realität, sind veraltet. Die Handtücher sind abgezählt und dadurch zu wenig, wurden nach Anruf in der Agentur nachgereicht. Mit einem großen Auto ist die Finca nicht zu erreichen . Das Inventar könnte mal erneuert werden ist ziemlich durchgesessen und nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Trotz allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und haben die Tage genossen.

Die Lage ist super und auch der Aussenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Schöner Pool. Innen ist es sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Zb. Fehlen Nachttischlampen. Und dringend Fliegengitter!!!!!! Das gesamte Porzellan musste nachgespült werden. Schimmel auf den Teller. und dir Schänke werden nicht regelmäßig gereinigt. Mit freundlichen Grüßen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr abseits gelegen und außer dem Tieren außendrum ist es ruhig. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Freunden und haben hier eine Woche verbracht, es war alles vorhanden und auch die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der Pool war sauber und wurde fast täglich gereinigt, wir waren zufrieden.

This villa is well-appointed with good facilities and a lovely pool. It is a short drive from Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa, Puerto Alcudia and Formentor and local beaches. It is worth noting that, if you plan to hire a medium sized car, you will need to exercise great caution on the final two 90 degree bends on the way to the villa. It is VERY tight.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa. It was spotlessly clean, large and had an amazing pool area. It was also beautifully situated: close to Pollenca and Alcudia, as well as some amazing beaches with crystal-clear waters. And the nearest Lidl is only a short drive away. It's in a quiet setting, up a long, narrow and not very well maintained road. We had a few teething problems when we arrived - such as the air-con not working - but the owners couldn't do enough to help. I'd happily go back to the villa.

Nach kurzem WhatsApp Kontakt mit der Agentur/dem Vermieter wurde dieses Problem sofort perfekt gelöst. Der Service war vorbildlich.

Meine Frau und ich haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt auf der Finca. Diese liegt sehr schön am Rande eines Berges. Wie schon mehrmals in Beurteiligungen beschrieben, ist die Anfahrt zur Finca etwas knifflig( Auto sollte nicht zu gross sein) ,trotzdem kann ich dieses Anwesen ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Wir werden wohl nochmal wiederkommen.

Very nice and private villa. We truly enjoyed the peace, silence, space and of course the large pool. Planet Villas was very helpful and responsive, all went extremely well. As mentioned before, road up to the villa is tricky with a larger car. Could improve the lightning situation as mostly very bright and uncomfy light. Mosquito nets in front of the windows of the bedrooms would also be nice. Could not sleep with open windows. Overall can recommend the villa!

Nice and clean villa but some easy to do improvements needed

We, two adult couples, spent 2 wonderful weeks in this nice villa. Located in the countryside with a fantastic view on the mountains, a private lemon tree and an amazing pool, we truly found the peace we were looking for. Everything was clean and the villa well equipped and spacious. Pollenca and Alcudia are still close enough to go out for a nice meal in the evening with only a short drive to take. There are some elements for improvement we like to encourage the owner to look into as not too much effort is needed but would have a huge impact: - Improve the overall illumination situation. The light was extremely bright and uncomfy, would be nice to have some more ambience light - Install mosquito nets in front of the 3 bedrooms. We could not sleep with open windows (tried the first night and deeply regretted) and had to use the aircon, aircon could also be serviced more often as dirt came out at the beginning - Include a warning in the description that the road to the villa can be a problem with larger cars. We had a Ford Focus Combi which was quite borderline. Overall can recommend this villa!

Swimming pool was a good size. We liked the depth of 2 metres Clean Quiet surroundings Mountain views Kitchen utensils were great and cooker easy to use Lots of ants trying to eat the food Leave some basic consumables (salt, pepper, washing up liquid and scourers/dish cloths) Need to tell us where to put the rubbish once we fill the kitchen bin The mattresses were too hard and one could feel the springs in them. Should warn people that it is difficult to drive up to, especially with a larger vehicle (7 seater). Pool was over-chlorinated and also was a bit cloudy Communal areas could benefit from an air-conditioning unit Bedroom air-con could do with a service More pillows for the beds (most adults sleep with two pillows)

“Lovely villa, just a 5 minute drive from pollensa town with very pretty surroundings. Tricky narrow road up to the villa, not easy in a big car. Good facilities and very clean, well equipped and we enjoyed the lemons from the tree in the garden! We were slightly plagued with wasps though, eating outside was tricky. Families with small children should be aware that the shallow end of the swimming pool was too deep for our children to stand up (she 4 and 6) tricky if you don't have strong swimmers. We had a great holiday however and would recommend this villa. The agent for the villa was extremely responsive and helpful when we had a problem in the villa.”
