Charming holiday villa with pool and complete privacy:
El Bosque is a charming holiday home, set in a privileged natural environment, surrounded by forest in a residential area of “Las Palmeras”. This cosy country house offers an oasis of peace and privacy just minutes away from some of the best locations in southern Mallorca. Only 5 minutes from El Arenal and Playa de Palma, and very close to the charming Cala Blava, it perfectly combines tranquillity with easy access to all amenities.

The property is distributed on a single floor and has been designed to provide comfort and spaciousness. It features a bright living-dining area with large glass windows and direct views of the pool, with access to the outdoor porch equipped with a large table, ideal for al fresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances and utensils needed for a comfortable stay.

The sleeping area consists of 5 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with shower, air conditioning (hot/cold) and ceiling fans. Four bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed. In addition, there is a guest toilet. All bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets for added comfort.

The house offers WiFi, satellite TV and a ping pong table for entertainment.

Outside, there is a large garden area with natural lawn and a spacious private swimming pool. Next to it, a cosy pergola-covered chill-out area, a sun terrace with twelve sun loungers, and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There is also an outdoor bathroom with shower.

The location is ideal for exploring some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as Cala Pi, Cap Blanc and the stunning Es Trenc, famous for its crystal-clear waters and white sand. Golf lovers can also enjoy the nearby Golf Maioris.

Palma de Mallorca, with its vibrant cultural, gastronomic and shopping scene, as well as Palma de Mallorca Airport, are just a 15–20 minute drive away.

An ideal property for families with children or groups of friends looking for peace, nature and proximity to the sea.

Die Mitarbeiterin war am Telefon sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Alles verlief reibungslos. Auch die Vermieter der Finca waren sehr freundlich und die Übergabe und Einweisung in die Haustechnik wurde trotz der Sprachbarrieren verständlich erklärt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

We stayed here for two weeks August 2017 the villa is easy to reach from the airport around 30m...

We stayed here for two weeks August 2017 the villa is easy to reach from the airport around 30mins. Tucked away in an olive grove surrounded by countryside with chickens and wild tortoises to spot. The owner could not have been more attentive whilst keeping a respectful distance. Checking the pool every day sweeping the leaves away and even providing a brand new fish grill for the barbecue when we asked if he had one. The villa itself was immaculate albeit the decor might not be to everyone's taste. Ensuite for all of the 5 bedrooms and air conditioning in all of the rooms. The kitchen is a good size with two large fridges and a large larder. We were in a party of three families with children ranging from 6-9 and they loved it. 20 mins to Aqualand and 30 mins from Palma and good strong wifi signal. Would we go back - yes perfect thank you Pepe

Super Vermieter - schöne Finca

Wir waren mit 10 Personen + 1 Kind da. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, der Vermieter Pepe war super lieb. Die Villa ist groß mit einem schönen Pool und einem riesigen Grundstück mit Feigenbäumen, Hühnern und Schildkröten. Der Strand ist ca. 6 KM entfernt.
