A first floor apartment located in the urbanization Pueblo Salinas in Vera Playa. The apartment is 1500m from the beach (not in the naturist area). A kilometer or so has the water park. The urbanization has swimming pools and tennis courts. It also has the "La Peperina" and a small supermarket in the area. Large supermarkets are one kilometer from the apartment. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living / dining room, kitchen and two terraces. The main terrace overlooks the swimming pool area.

La limpieza de algunos elementos (almohadas, tapiceria) muy deficiente. Al menos las almohadas deberian tener funda.

La mejor urbanización

La urbanización es inmejorable, volveremos 100%, la mejor creo de la zona, le faltaba estar un poco más cerca de la playa para ir andando. Aún así en coche son 5 minutos. El apartamento perfecto como nuevo, y la terraza magnífica con vistas a una de las piscinas. Por poner dos peros: el sofá y sillón incomodisimos y la red wifi no funcionaba en todos los dispositivos y apenas tenía cobertura. Debbie nos atendió atentamente a nuestra llegada.

Un plein de soleil !

Résidence et appartement tout à fait conformes aux photos de l'annonce. Dès notre arrivée nous avons profité du cadre magnifique que proposait la situation géographique de la résidence Pueblo Salinas. Les extérieurs sont parfaitement bien entretenus, elle propose 1 terrain de tennis, deux courts de tennis Padel, une petite salle de musculation et deux piscines accessibles grâce à un badge. Par contre ce qui est surprenant pour une résidence avec une telle envergure, est que la piscine (la plus grande) est fermée entre 14h30 et 17h. L'annonce affiche que la plage "non naturiste" se trouve à 1500 mètres, hors la plage la plus proche se trouve à plus de 2.5 kilomètres (données GPS), donc impossible d'y aller à pieds, et vous n'êtes pas à l'abri de croiser des promeneurs nudistes ; malgré un affichage sur la plage précisant que le port du maillot est obligatoire. D'où une étoile de moins car nous sommes des vacanciers habitués à nous rendre à la plage à pieds, et nous n'avons donc pas pu profiter de la douceur de l'eau tous les jours (nous y sommes allés que 2 fois). Dans l'ensemble notre séjour à été agréable, les propriétaires des lieux étaient vraiment très gentils, à l'écoute et toujours disponibles en cas de souci. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Bonnes vacances
