Logement correcte

Logement correspond à l’annonce. Bon accueil. Les propriétaires habitent au dessus mais sont très discrets. Nous avons pu venir avec notre petit chien en toute sécurité car le jardin est totalement clos. Un bémol sur l’emplacement; obligation de toujours prendre la voiture Pas de possibilité d’avoir du linge même avec un supplément.

Vacances formidables chez Annie. Excellent accueil. Très bonnes relations avec les propriétaires. Ceux ci sont d'une discrétion absolue. Mon épouse et moi avions même l'impression que nous étions chez nous. La piscine est magnifique ainsi que notre logement. Description plus que conforme. Nous reviendrons avec le plus grand plaisir. Annie et Jean Louis ne changeaient rien. Pour nous tout était parfait. Au plaisir de vous revoir.

Sehr ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums von St. Raphaël, man ist mit dem Auto aber schnell in der Stadt. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Alles zum täglichen Gebrauch vorhanden. Ein schöner Außenbereich mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen laden zum Verweilen ein. Am Swimmingpool gibt es ebenfalls Liegen zur Benutzung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäckerei) in kurzer Entfernung. Annie ist eine liebe Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vavances formidables

Un grand merci à Annie pour son hospitalitée spontanée et son accueil si chaleureux dans un cadre bucolique proche du centre ville,du bord de mer et des commerces . Le logement est fonctionnel,propre et moderne.l’espace jardin privé idéal, le top c’est la grande piscine. Je recommende fortement ! On s’y sent comme à la maison. Corinne et Alain.

Schönes Ferienapartment mit sehr netter Gastgeberin

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut und zentral gelegen in einem sehr schönen und ruhigen Wohngebiet. Bei Ankunft wurden wir von einem Nachbarn empfangen der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er versuchte uns so gut es geht alles zu erklären und gab uns eine Liste mit den am nächsten gelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz um alles zu verstauen, die Küche ist ebenfalls mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Die Terasse lädt zum gemütlichen Essen und verweilen ein. Der Pool ist wunderbar, gepflegt und jederzeit nutzbar gewesen. Allerdings befindet dieser sich nicht direkt im „angrenzenden, eigenen Garten“ sondern ist über eine kleine Treppe erreichbar. Annie ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, sie stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Sie war präsent bei Fragen und Hilfegesuch, trotzdem sehr diskret. Bei Restaurantreservierungen hat sie uns geholfen da wir leider kein französisch sprechen. Allgemein eine sehr aufmerksame Vermieterin. Die Verständigung war leider etwas schwierig, Google Übersetzer hat dieses Problem jedoch etwas überbrückt. Allgemein war es für uns und unsere Hunde ein sehr angenehmer und entspannender Aufenthalt und wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank an Annie für 2 schöne Wochen ☺️

Very spacious property, the garden and pool was amazing. Everything anyone would need for a short stay is supplied in the house, we stayed for over a month and had no complaints. Anne and Louie were great hosts, we would definitely stay here again.

Eher enttäuschend

Bei unserer Ankunft war die Vermieterin leider verreist, ein erfahrener Freund sollte uns begrüßen. Nach einer unerwartet langen Reise wurden wir von einem äußerst unfreundlichen Gärtner empfangen, der uns lediglich einen Schlüsselbund hastig übergab mit der Frage, ob wir irgendein Problem hätten, woraufhin er mit der Bemerkung verschwand, dass er um 22h schlafen will. Wir mussten uns also zunächst allein zurecht finden. Die Vermieterin, die wir später kennengelernt haben, war recht präsent, hat sich bemüht, freundlich zu wirken. Immerhin wurde nach drei Tagen das WLAN-Problem schon mal gelöst. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet insgesamt viel Stauraum, die Möbel sind jedoch teils in die Jahre gekommen. Mit der Matratze hatten wir ein Problem: sie ist sehr weich, man versinkt quasi darin, sodass mich schon nach zwei Tagen Rückenschmerzen plagten. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet, es fehlen jedoch teils selbstverständliche Sachen: So gibt es zwar eine Spülmaschine, Tabs, Klarspüler und sogar Salz waren jedoch zu unserer großen Überraschung nicht vorhanden. Es gab auch nur 3 Kaffeebecher, obwohl die Wohnung für 6 Personen gedacht ist. Die Terrasse ist wirklich toll und bietet viele gemütliche Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Im Spätsommer war sie allerdings nach kurzer Zeit von Feigenblättern und -Früchten bedeckt, was besonders nach dem Regen kein schöner Anblick ist, vor allem da die Blätter in die Wohnung gelangen. Der Pool ist erfrischend, ob man ihn in der direkten Lage am Meer täglich nutzen möchte, bleibt jedem selbst überlassen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll: 3 km zum Meer, in direkter Nähe befindet sich ein Biogeschäft und ein Bäcker. Es ist insgesamt leise. Für den Hund fehlten uns in der Nähe jedoch kleinere Auslaufflächen: es ist ein Wohngebiet, der Wald befindet sich zwar direkt hinter der Terrassenmauer (man kann nachts sogar gelegentlich die Wildschweine hören), es gibt jedoch keinen direkten Zugang zum Wald. Was wirklich überdacht werden müsste ist die Einfahrt: das Parken gestaltet sich recht schwierig, da die Einfahrt schmal und dazu noch völlig dunkel ist und seitlich an der Wand große Blumentöpfe platziert sind. So ist leider schon am ersten Tag ein Blumentopf geplatzt, den wir vor Ort ersetzt haben. Der Abschied war sehr enttäuschend: Obwohl die Zimmer gesaugt und aufgeräumt, die Küche samt Herd und Kühlschrank gereinigt wurden, störte die Vermieterin ein kleiner Fusel auf dem Badteppich. Wer sucht, der findet.

Bonjour Monika je suis désolée que vous n ayez pas été entièrement satisfaite de votre séjour chez moi . Vous avez été reçu à votre arrivée à 23h il est rare d accepter une arrivée aussi tardive l allée qui accède à l appartement peut accueillir un camion le matelas a été changé l année dernière et on m à plutôt complimente pour son confort il y a peu de meubles anciens qui font le charme de ma location qui est plutôt appréciée je suis étonnée de vous entendre dire qu il n y a que trois tasses à café elles sont au nombre de 10. 3en porcelaine et 7 en verre avec manche en métal . Nous avons un très beau figuier qui en septembre perd ses feuilles c est la nature nous n y pouvons rien Excusez moi si je vous ai offensé en vous disant que le ménage n était pas fait .je comprend très bien que vous n ayez pas envie de le faire . C est pour cette raison que je propose un forfait ménage de 50€ que je ne vous ai pas demander . Je m efforce de satisfaire mes locataires et les appréciations sont là pour le prouver bien cordialement

Très bon séjour

Annie et Daniel sont très à l'écoute et se sont rendus disponibles à chaque fois que nous les avons sollicités. Le logement est agréable, bien équipé et situé au calme dans un écrin de verdure, tout en restant à quelques minutes de la plage. Merci à eux pour leur accueil sympathique !

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet viel Lagerraum. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig, alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden, in jeder Hinsicht. Sehr ruhig gelegen, Außenbereich bietet viel Platz, Ruhe, Entspannung. Toller Pool! Liebe, aufmerksame und hilfreiche Vermieter, die sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich für jeden Bedarf ansprechbar sind. Kurze Wege zu Strand, Einkauf, Ausflügen. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires qui sont disponibles pour répondre à nos questions et, en même temps, très discrets. L'appartement de style provençale, bien que rustique, dispose de tout le nécessaire. Salle de bain moderne, chambre spacieuse avec, hélas pour nous, un lit en 140... L'espace cuisine mériterait un rajeunissement: il manque un plan de travail et un coup de jeune sur la vaisselle, les casseroles et certains appareils (cafetière, grille-pain et aspirateur) rendrait l'ensemble de la location impeccable. Petit jardin intime bien agréable. Parking facile dans la propriété. Pour nous qui étions avec notre gros nounours (un terre-neuve), c'était une chouette location, facile à vivre.

Die Wohnung selbst liegt etwas außerhalb auf einem Hügel, sehr ruhig, dennoch alle Annehmlichkeiten des alltäglichen Lebens (Supermarkt, Bäckerei, etc.) teils fußläufig vorhanden. Ein idealer Standort um die nähere (St. Raphael, Fréjus, Esterel) und fernere (Cannes, St. Tropez, Antibes) Umgebung zu erkunden.

Fantastischer Ort der Erholung

Nach einer langen Anteise wurden wir von sehr freundlichen Vermietern empfangen und trafen auf eine fantastische Unterkunft in sehr ruhiger Lage mit all der Ausstattung, die wir uns wünschten. Zentral inmitten aller Hotspots zwischen San Tropez, Cannes, Nizza, Monaco bis Menton, dennoch ruhig zurückgezogen in stiller Natur, konnten wir entspannt die östliche Côte d'Azur erleben und uns danach immer wieder im fantastischen Haus ausruhen mit lesen und schwimmen im Pool. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor Ort vorhanden. Nicht nur wir, sondern auch unser Hund haben sich fantastisch erholt. Einziges Manko, wenn man etwas anmerken will, es gibt kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Wer TV haben muss, sollte gut französisch sprechen. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Annie und Daniel. Ganz besonderen Dank zusätzlich für die Englischkenntnisse von Daniel. Bitte macht weiter so, lieben Gruß auch an die liebenswerten Nachbarn, es war einzigartig, Dankeschön

Un très bon séjour

Arrivés le 25 octobre dans la soirée, pour une semaine. Je peux dire que celle-ci a été très agréable. Des propriétaires gentils, présents tout en étant discrets. Un endroit calme et reposant. Une semaine vraiment super. Moment idéal pour visiter les environs sans qu'il y ait la foule de l'été : la croisette à Cannes, l'Italie, Monaco, les plages environnantes...
