Very nice apartment in a privileged location, next to the yacht club, the beach and the city.

The property is located on a second floor and has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub (en suite)

The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Living-dining room with TV/SAT and two balconies.

Central heating and central air conditioning.

The yacht club is located 200m away, the beach just 500m, city 900m, supermarkets 700m and restaurants less than 1km.

Angenehme Wohnung in guter Lage am Yacht-Hafen

2. Stock, abgeschlossene und gut ausgestattete Küche, 1 Sonnen- und 1 Schattenbalkon, gut gedämmt, gute Matratzen Lästiger Kanalgeruch im Bad (leider im ganzen Viertel, Syphone in den Abflüssen würden helfen)

Tolle Lage

Sehr gute Lage, schöner Ausblick über die Stadt, viel Platz, alles vorhanden was man braucht, schnelle Hilfe der Ferienvermittlung bei Problemen Ein neuer Staubsauger und für den Winter eine zusätzliche Heizung oder die Klimaanlage erneuern. Wurde nicht wirklich warm damit.
