Holiday complex with communal swimming pool, just 150m from the beach and 3km from Dénia. In the surrounding area, there are places to shop, bars and restaurants nearby.Terraced house with two bedrooms, one double and another with two single beds. Recently renovated bathroom with shower, living-dining room with TV-SAT, Air Conditioning (facing the bedrooms to cool them) and exit to the small garden with furniture. It has an exterior staircase leading to the solar terrace.Open kitchen with American bar, ceramic hob, oven and fridge with freezer. To access the pool area, it is about 50m. Well-maintained area with lawn, palm trees and various other plants. There are parking spaces in front of the complex.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

El Retiro 29
Lage wie versprochen, blickdichte Terrasse, Küchenausstattung sehr vollständig. Insgesamt ordentlich ausgestattet. Sehr freundlicher Service im Büro
Keine Klimaanlage, was bekannt war aber auch kein einziger Ventilator und die Mückenschutzgitter z.T. an den Klappläden angebracht, die eventuelle Luftbewegungen im Haus zusätzlich blockierten.
In den Sommermonaten eigendlich nicht vermietbar ohne Klima, auch nicht bei dem günstigen Preis.
CF: werden uns mit dem Besitzer kurzschliesen, damit Er über eine Klimaanlage Nachdenkt.
