Newly renovated beach house located a few short blocks to the quiet, idyllic North Beach. Public beach assess is on either end of Bay Street. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance down the driveway and across the street. We renovated and updated the entire house in 2014. New kitchen appliances. Granite countertops. Ceiling fans. Tableware, pots and pans, blender, toaster, crockpot, regular and Kuerig coffee maker are just a few of the amenities. Enjoy your meals at the large kitchen table. There is also seating for 4 in the dining room. Enclosed Sunroom off the kitchen. The Sunroom has a daybed with a trundle that sleeps two. Newly furnished living room with large, flat-screen TV. Queen size beds in all 3 rooms with flat-screen TV's and ceiling fans. Bathrooms have been updated. Large outdoor living space with fenced in backyard. New concrete stamped patio installed in march of 2017. New vinyl fence installed in 2019. Check out the new photos. Relax around the fire pit or grill your 'catch of the day' on the outdoor grill. Challenge family members to a game of corn hole! Grab some beach toys, the wagon and cooler from the shed and head to the beach. We recently installed an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach (cold water). The front porch is getting a face lift and hopefully will be finished by the summer months!
