Indipendent apartment in Villa with private garden and seaview

Villa Su Entu is a traditional independent stone house immersed in 3 hectares of private property.

The villa is divided into 2 independent equivalent apartments with separate entrances and gardens: CARISSA APARTMENT and LENTISCO APARTMENT.

The "LENTISCO APARTMENT" has a large living room with kitchen which leads to the private patio and garden with a wonderful sea view, furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs.
The apartment offers 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk beds.
The bathroom has a shower.

A third apartment, "MELALEUCA APARTMENT" offers the opportunity exclusively to our guests of the LENTISCO APARTMENT, to spend their holidays with friends or family. The two apartments are equivalent but independent with the sharing of outdoor spaces.

Externally, our guests can take advantage of a wood oven, barbecue, outdoor showers, private parking and laundry room.
Bed linen, towels are provided and beach umbrella and deck chairs are available.
The villa is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, in an area for environmental protection, archaeological and wildlife repopulation adjacent to the tourist Costa Rei, from which it is 10km away.
From the Villa, in a few minutes, you have the possibility to choose between tourist beaches equipped with all comforts and services such as bars, boat rental, pedal boats, diving; or you can choose to spend the day on less touristy and more private beaches.
A few minutes on foot, you can access the many hiking trails (Monti Ferru, Capo Ferrato lighthouse, Baia delle Anfore, Cala sa Figu ...).

Das Haus und die Lage sind etwas abgelegen,aber unbeschreiblich schön. Genau richtig, wenn man einmal aus allem raus möchte. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt verbirgt sich eine so unglaublich schöne Badebucht. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr sehr freundlich. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Außendusche und der Grill am Haus sind einfach toll.

Die Villa ist sehr ruhig und idyllischen gelegen, perfekt zum Erholen. Es ist viel Platz vorhanden und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Badestrände sind in weniger als 5 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Traumhafte Natur pur

Wir waren einfach nur begeistert. Wer die Stille und einsame Strände liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen sicher wieder, aber nicht mehr im Juli. Es war schlicht zu heiss. Carla und Franco, unsere Vermieter, waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und trotzdem zurückhaltend. Sogar iher 7 Katzen haben wir ins Herz geschlosse und eifrig gefüttert. Sie sind scheu und kommen nicht ins Haus, fressen und trinken tun sie aber gerne. Herzlcihen Dank Franco und Clarla für diesen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft, die unsere Erwartungen erfüllte und noch übertraf, verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren zuvorkommend und freundlich, das Haus bietet reichlich Platz und ist mit liebevollen Details geschmückt und der große Garten lädt ein zum Verweilen und Erforschen, vor allem die Kinder. Rural Sardinia getaway

We had a lovely stay. Franco and Clara gave us such a warm and generous welcome and showed us around the property. It's great that they have parasols we could use at the beach. There are plenty of options for enjoying the sweeping view from the terrace on deck chairs or hammocks and lots of shade on the terrace, plus outside showers and a bbq. The property (which has 2 dwellings within it) is on its own, in a rural setting. There are lots of beautiful beaches a short drive away, with the closest being particularly good. We really liked the first beach you get to on the far side of Capo Ferrato. The area is rural but some of the beaches have cafes, and Costa Rei has shops, restaurants etc. Franco recommended the amazing Maskaras festival at Mruavera which was quite an experience. A lovely week!

Superschöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick!

Wir waren mit der Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) für zwei Wochen im Juni dort und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Die Villa liegt etwas abseits und ist gut zu finden. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Gastgeber Franco und Clara sind äußerst nett, zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland - macht weiter so :-)

Magnifique propriété avec une vue à couper le souffle

Franco et Carla sont des hôtes très accueillants et prévenants. Le logement est sur une magnifique propriété en hauteur qui permet de bénéficier d’une vue splendide sur la mer et les alentours. Il est très bien équipé. Les extérieurs (terrain arboré de différentes espèces méditerranéennes) et la terrasse couverte avec vue sont un véritable atout. La location est de plus située à quelques minutes en voiture de magnifiques plages / criques encore sauvages. Bref, un séjour reposant dans un cadre idyllique !

Vacances repos et détente dans un cadre magnifique

L'endroit est magnifique, la vue de la terrasse est splendide. La maison est très bien équipée. La mer n'est qu'à quelques minutes. C'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances "fare niente". Les propriétaires sont des personnes qui ont le cœur sur la main. Nous ne leur dirons jamais assez merci.

Ein schönes Haus mitten in der Natur mit viel Umschwung und Ruhe

Wir haben die Wohnung Anfang Juli für zwei Wochen gemietet und jede Sekunde genossen, 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern. Die Zufahrt ist über einen Schotterweg, sehr abgelegen, aber gut zu finden (nach Beschreibung). Aber man braucht ein Auto. Der Empfang von Clara und Franco war sehr herzlich, alles wurde uns gezeigt und erklärt (hat trotz wenig Italienischkenntnis sehr gut geklappt). Bei Problemen, oder Fragen haben sie uns immer geholfen und gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos und wie im Beschrieb - eher einfach, aber gut und sehr sympathisch. Für an den Strand durften wir sogar Sonnenschirme, Spielsachen, usw. benutzen. Unsere Kinder hatten auch sehr viel Freude an Tobia, dem sehr lieben Hund von Clara und Franco, welcher aber nur selten draussen war, da es ihm viel zu heiss war. Das Haus beinhaltet zwei Ferienwohnungen mit getrennten Aussenbereichen. Die eine Ferienwohnung hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Unsere Wohnung hatte vom Pavillon die Aussicht auf den Berg, dafür sahen wir vom Schlafzimmer aufs Meer. Die Eigentümer haben auch noch ein paar Räume, wo sie am Wochenende wohnen. Aber alle Eingänge und Aussenbereiche sind separat, nur der Parkplatz, Waschküche, Grillofen und die Aussendusche sind gemeinsam zu nutzen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden wieder kommen. Liebe Clara und Franco Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles. PS: noch ein paar Tips: - Mückenschutz nicht vergessen, die kleinen Biester fressen einen zum Teil fast auf... - Das Restaurant Mare E Terra ist sehr gut - In Arbatax ein 40PS Motorboot mieten und auf eigene Faust bis zur Cala Luna fahren - die Natur und die Strände in der Nähe des Hauses geniessen

Friendly owners, tranquil location, comfortable.

We found this accommodation on the internet and the reality was far better than the on-line description. We were welcomed by Franco, Clara and Gloria who provided all the necessary information for our stay. The living area was spacious and cool with good kitchen facilities. The bedrooms were comfortable and adjacent to the shower room. The apartment is a fully self contained part of the owners property and we had the whole complex to ourselves for the week. The grounds are extensive and include an outdoor terrace with sea views, a BBQ, places to sit and eat and even hammocks in the shade for some quiet solitude. There is an outdoor shower to wash away sand after a trip to the beach (a 20/25 minute walk - or short drive). The villa is well equipped for all needs and beach umbrellas and chairs are available along with bikes if required.. It is a very quiet spot and evenings sitting on the terrace and eating overlooking the sea were magical. It is well placed to explore this area of Sardinia and around Muravera. The family were very helpful in showing us the best route to the north of the island for our second week. It is the sort of experience where you feel you must go back at some time in the future.

Superbe endroit et belle maison

Très jolie maison traditionnelle sur une colline, belle vue sur la mer, calme et sérénité. L'endroit est très préservé en haut d'une colline, jolies plages à proximité, peu de monde même en été et Franco et Clara sont adorables. Beautiful house et perfect place to stay. Farniente et Nature

Cette magnifique villa est composée de plusieurs logements très bien entretenus et soignés. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la fille de Clara et Franco, le dialogue est très facile car toute la famille parle très bien le français. Depuis le magnifique jardin et ses terrasses, on a une vue magnifique sur la mer et les montagnes. Les plages sont facilement et rapidement accessibles, il faut faire quelques kms pour trouver les commerces. C'était donc un séjour très reposant et gardons un souvenir très agréable de Franco, Clara et Gloria. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Une maison et une région pleines de charmes

Une maison de pierre très bien restaurée, avec des propriétaires (qui n’habitent pas sur place mais sont là le week-end) dont l’accueil est au même niveau que leur français : excellent. Les + : la superbe vue depuis la terrasse, la situation de la maison, à 5 min d’une jolie plage de sable ou 10 min d’une petite crique et 15 min de la Costa Rei, l’accueil de Clara et Franco, la maison restaurée avec goût et le jardin très entretenue, les 2 hamacs en contrebas de la terrasse, la douche extérieure pour se déssaler et déssabler au retour de plage, le grand barbecue, le ciel étoilé sans lumière parasites, le calme du lieu, la grande salle à manger, la cuisine très bien équipée, les ventilateurs pour les chambres Les - : la proximité avec les voisins (la maison est divisée en 3, et 2 appartements ont une terrasse commune séparée d’un simple auvent), la route de terre accidentée (mais carrossable où il est difficile de se croiser, la petite douche dans la petite salle de bains, le portail non électrique, les toutes petites poubelles pour le tri sélectif Les conseils : bien suivre les indications de Clara et Franco pour venir (route non référencée sur le GPS), très bon boucher à San Priamo à 10 min de route, supermarché à Muravera à 20 min de route, Cagliari à 1h30 de route. En été, aller à la plage à 10h, avant les italiens qui y viennent déjeuner. Il n’est pas conseillé de boire l’eau de la maison (ok en bactério mais riche en calcaire) Conclusion : un très bon plan qu’on recommanderait à nos amis
