Panoramic villa with sea view 350 meters from the beautiful "Rei Swimming Pool", wild and unspoiled with white sand and crystal clear sea where you can admire the flamingos. The comfortable and functional house has a new and well-furnished décor, consists of two bedrooms, one double and one (in the mezzanine 1,90 m high) with two single beds, kitchenette with fridge and oven, bathroom with shower and a Living room with fitted wall, table and sofa, the patio facing the sea with barbecue is furnished with table, chairs and rocking, and overlooks a beautiful landscaped garden where there is an outdoor shower, car parking next to the entrance, on the back Second patio with washing area, water reserve, washing machine, changing room, also equipped with table, chairs and shady area. The house is equipped with an iron and ironing board, satellite TV with Sky decoder, air conditioning, linens, kitchenware, 50 mt. All services: local market on Thursdays and Saturdays, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy , Market, delicatessen, pastry, fishmonger, jewelery, hairdresser.

We had a great time!

The house is very cosy and the terrace offers a nice seaview. Ideal for a family with small children. The fantastic beach is just a ten minutes walk away and a supermarket, fish-market and café are even closer. Lia is a really great host, answered all upcoming questions immediately and gave us nice tips. We enjoyed every day of our vacation! We come back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Lia qui est une hôte très soucieuse du bien être de ses locataires. La maison est charmante, décorée avec goût et proposant tout le nécessaire. Le jardin rempli de fleurs et la vue sur la mer nous manquerons beaucoup. Un très grand merci à Lia pour son accueil. Nous recommandons vivement son logement.

Un véritable petit coin de paradis

Dès l'ouverture du portillon, nous arrivons sur le jardin fraichement arrosé, nous prenons l'escalier et découvrons d'abord une douche extérieure, puis la première terrasse avec vue sur mer et une très belle décoration de bord de mer. Nous nous y sentons tout de suite très bien. Ensuite la maison, parfaitement équipée avec tout le confort nécessaire. En été, il faut la climatisation ! La petite cour à l'arrière de la maison est agréable pour le petit déjeuner. La maison est vraiment près de la mer. Un petit chemin nous y emmène en à peine 10 minutes à pas d'enfants. Et les commerces à proximité sont pratiques. Nous recommandons la poissonnerie et la pâtisserie ! Le marché est tout proche et il y a un très bon restaurant El Mirragio à 5 minutes à pieds. Une maison pour passer du bon temps, la plage est familiale et peu fréquentée même en août. Nous recommandons cette maison qui nous a rendue heureux pendant deux belles semaines !

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit liebevoller Ausstattung

Vom unkomplizierten Check-In angefangen bis hin zur netten Kommunikation während des Urlaubs mit der Gastgeberin Lia haben wir uns die ganze Zeit über sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt sehr schön in Hanglage, und wenn man auf der Terasse sitzt, hat man einen sehr schönen Blick in den kleinen Garten und aufs Meer. Draußen befindet sich praktischerweise eine Außendusche, um sich nach dem Strandtag vom Sand zu befreien. Unsere Töchter saßen am liebsten in der Hollywoodschaukel, und wir auf den Liegestühlen. Das Haus selbst ist klein, aber sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Hier wurde Wert auf kleine Details gelegt, alles sehr stimmig. Die Küche ist klein, aber mit so vielen Dingen ausgestattet, wie ich es noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt habe. So viel Geschirr, Gläser und Tassen, und nicht alles nur für 4 Personen abgezählt, das war super. Ebenfalls sehr gut war, dass Sonnenschirme, Strandliege und Sandspielzeug vorhanden waren sowie auch ein klappbarer Bollerwagen. Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet und waren umso begeisterter darüber. Unsere Familie ist sich einig: Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke, liebe Lia!

Alles was man braucht und soviel Meer

Es war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute einfach perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, liebevoll bis ins Detail eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Man hat nicht das Gefühl in einer Ferienwohnung zu sein sondern bei Freunden zu wohnen. Es ist das erste mal von diversen Unterkünften auf Sardinien, die ich auch ein weiteres mal buchen werde. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Reihenhaus

Das Häuschen hat ein tolles wow Effekt! Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht!Sogar einen Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle! Für ein Entgeld wird die Bettwäsche bereitgestellt, ebenso für die Klimaanlage.Diese würde ich auch empfehlen.Gute Lage,zu Fuß toller Strand erreichbar.Ebenso gibt es zu Fuß erreichbare Bars,Restaurants,Apotheke.Friseur,Schnellimbiss,Supermarkt,Boutique,Juwelier,Fischhändler und sogar donnerstags und samstags den typischen italienischen Markt! Lia hat immer wieder nachgefragt,ob alles gut ist und hat einige Tipps gegeben. Kommen gerne wieder

Esperienza più che positiva

La casa è confortevole(un po' scomoda la camera nel soppalco e la scala per arrivarci). Bellissima la veranda esterna che abbiamo sfruttato per colazioni e cene all'aperto! Buona la posizione vicina ai servizi essenziali( supermercato,farmacia,pasticceria e rosticceria a 5 minuti a piedi). La spiaggia si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi e comunque la casa è centrale rispetto alle mete più belle di costa rei. Gentile la proprietaria che ci ha indicato le modalità per accedere alla casa e messo a disposizione ombrellone e spiaggine per andare nelle spiagge libere. La casa ha tutto quello che serve!

es war sehr schön und rühig,umweit vom schönen Strand mit Kafeebüde,Frau Lea hat uns gute Informationen gegeben und war ein sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die 2 Pizza Restoranten in Laufnähe ideal. Das Haus war sehr schon persönlich eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts,Die Außendusche war ein luxus und von der terrasse ein schönen Ausblick aufs meer.Wir kommen wieder.

Traumhafte Location und wunderbare Erholung

Meine Frau und ich waren im Mai (Vorsaison) dort. Alles sehr ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer. Infrastruktur und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf in 300-400m Entfernung vorhanden. Zum Meer sind es ein paar Meter mehr ca. 600-700m und zu Fuß problemlos in sehr wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Strand und die Bar dort sind genial. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, freundlich und stets ansprechbar, falls Bedarf besteht. Meine Frau und ich würden jederzeit wieder hingehen.

Ein Stück vom Paradies

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub! Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, von der Terasse kann man die Sonne über dem Meer aufgehen sehen, die Strände sind traumhaft, und alles was man braucht ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett und jederzeit ansprechbar. Besser geht es nicht.

Beautiful house, with a lovely outdoor area in a great location

The house is really great, its equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay in the beautiful Costa Rei. Its only a few minutes walk from the beach, supermarket, fish shop, bakery, restaurants... Lovely outdoor area for sunbathing, cooking and alfresco dining. Our family loved it here and I would highly recommend this place. The owner Lia is so helpful, she made sure check in was simple and was always available to answer any query we had. Thanks again and hopefully we will be back next year :)

Schöner Rückzugsort

Schönes Miniapartement ausgestattet mit allem was nötig ist. Wir genossen vor allem die tolle Gartenterrasse mit Meeresblick sowie die Aussendusche für Abkühlungen zwischendurch. Der Kontakt mit Lia war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert.

casa vacanza perfetta

La casa l'abbiamo trovata esattamente come da descrizione della proprietaria. E' fornita di tutto, non serve portare nulla (come invece abbiamo fatto noi). L'arredamento è ricercato e piacevole, abbiamo cercato di essere rispettosi. Il portico è fantastico, la colazione al mattino vista mare...top. La doccia esterna molto funzionale. Lia ci ha dato ottime indicazioni su servizi e cose da visitare in zona. Siamo stati bene e ci ritorneremo volentieri. Ciao Lia e grazie.

La casa è una piccola bomboniera accogliente,curata nel minimo dettaglio. L’accoglienza da parte della proprietaria non è stata da meno, una persona gentilissima ed attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Consiglio vivamente l’affitto della Villetta Lia, posizione comoda per arrivare sia al supermercato che alla spiaggia. Esperienza da rifare sicuramente!

Un piccolo gioiello a Costa rei

Abbiamo appena terminato il nostro soggiorno in questo piccolo gioiello di Costa rei e già sentiamo la mancanza...vicina a tutte le principali strutture del posto ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa e fresca, host gentilissima e molto attenta alle nostre necessità avendo un bambino di sei anni...consigliamo sicuramente!!!♥️
