The kitchen has high end GE appliances with gas cooktop, double ovens, granite counter tops, bar area with a refreshment/wine cooler. The kitchen table seats 8 with additional seating at the counter. Our lower level has a large family room with 50 inch flat screen HD TV, a bar, a game room with ping-pong, and a walk out patio with table and chairs and a hot tub under roof. The 5th bedroom is on the lower level with a king size bed, TV, and a full bath.

The location of our home is in a prestigious neighborhhood in The Estates of Glen Oaks in Louisville’s east end. We are 18 miles to Churchill Downs and 15 miles to Valhalla Golf Course (per interstate). There are “fine-dining” restaurants within 5 min, or a walking community with restaurants in nearby Norton Commons. Downtown Louisville is a 20 minute drive to Fourth Street Live, or the NULU district where there are numerous restaurants and night life where you can take in a carriage ride around town, visit the bat museum, or the Belle of Louisville steam boat. Louisville is a beautiful city to visit for the Derby, Breeders Cup, PGA Golf Tournaments or anytime.
