The apartment (semi-subsoil accomodation) is in private Villa, tastefully decorated in residential, it is new building quiet and panoramic place. Ideally located, very peaceful, is confortable and soberly furnisched ( on request are aviables, e-mails wey,some photos ). the house is surrounded by a garden with barbecue and a veranda with table and chairs. Bed-linen, table-linen, towels to disposition, is not included in the price. hair-drier to disposition. The water tap is drinkable. (gas, light and consumation water including in the price).
To 1km. from sea ( - Capitana - the more near)ideal for children. To 1km. from services : (bar, restaurant, pizzeria, drugstore, markets, ice-cream shop. Ideal place for to visit the south-cost.

A fantastic place to stay

We loved staying here and felt very well cared for. It's a brilliant place to relax and enjoy Sardinia. Our hosts couldn't have been more attentive. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Friendliest Host in Sardinia

Great property with a lovely swimming pool just as expected. Very safe area with on street parking outside the property. Local beaches are around 7 minutes from the house and great beaches around 15-20 minutes away. Enrica was very helpful with suggestions on what to do on the island and prepared us a lovely meal one of the days of our stay.

Great time in Sardinia

We spent a wonderful week in Enrica's Villa. The house is situated in peaceful and safe neighbourhood with beautiful view of the sea. Very well equipped, clean and beautifully arranged, everything you may need for relaxed stay. Enrica was very helpful in finding interesting attractions , and during the last night of our stay she hosted us with delicious homemade Sardinian food. Thank you very much for perfect holiday!

Our holiday was great in a word. The accommodation was great, we had the pool to ourselves. But what I would like to highlight is the amazing host Enrica, who is very friendly and helpful. When my son had a temperature, she didn't hesitate to call the hospital and find out where they would accept us. She gave us recommendations for lots of beaches and restaurants. She also treated us to a deliciously cooked lunch. I highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you very much, Enrica!

Fantastic Stay

We travelled in August and it was hot but the accomodation is below ground so it is cooler which certainly helped because there is no air con, just fans. The apartment was a good size and provided for everything you need. It was also very clean. The main reason we booked was for the swimming pool which was lovely and we had sole access to this, as well as a small garden area. The host Enrica was very helpful, she allowed us an early and late check in and provided us with lots of information. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Enrica ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Immer hilfsbereit, nie aufdringlich. Wir haben viele tolle Tipps bekommen und sie macht alles möglich, damit die Gäste eine tolle Zeit verbringen können. In der Wohnung haben wir uns zu viert gut aufhalten können. Es hat nichts wesentliches gefehlt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zwit.

Schöne Lage und schöner Garten mit Pool

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Appartement. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und der Küche sind sehr gut. Herrlich sind die Terrasse mit Garten und Pool, die wir ganz für uns alleine hatten. Die Vermieterin und ihre Familie sind äußerst nett. Einziges kleines Manko am Appartement ist die Lage im Untergeschoss. Wenn es im Sommer sehr heiß ist, kann das jedoch ein Vorteil sein. Supermärkte zum Einkaufen, Restaurants und schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ins Zentrum von Cagliari sind es etwa 30 Minuten

Einfach traumhaft!

Enrica und ihre Familie sind einfach unfassbar herzliche Gastgeber gewesen, wir hatten 12 wunderschöne Tage hier und einen tollen Abend gemeinsam bei diversen Köstlichkeiten, die Enrica gezaubert hatte. Enrica e la sua famiglia sono stati dei padroni di casa incredibilmente cordiali, abbiamo trascorso 12 giorni meravigliosi qui e una serata fantastica insieme alle varie prelibatezze che Enrica aveva evocato.

Magnifique séjour en Sardaigne

Nous avons énormément apprécié ce séjour en Sardaigne. Paysage sublime eau clair et propre. Nous tenons à remercier Enrica et Maurizio pour leur invitation à manger et nous faire découvrir des plats typiques de chez eux, Enrica nous a bien renseigné sur les plages et lieux à visiter ce qui est très appréciable.

Wohnen bei Einheimischen

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Es ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Aber nicht aufdringlich. Wir erhielten bei Ankunft ein kleines Willkommens Getränk und Snacks. Der Pool ist sauber und jederzeit nutzbar. In der Nähe gibts es einen Supermarkt, etliche Bars und Restaurants. Als Krönung hat uns der Gastgeber bekocht und wir hatten zusammen einen schönen Abend! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!!!

Séjour parfait en Sardaigne

2 semaines très agréables passées en famille dans un logement propre, bien équipé. Le logement, semi enterré mais avec de grandes ouvertures est agréable le soir en période de grande chaleur. Jardin, terrasse et piscine dédiés aux vacanciers. Nous avons apprécié la discrétion des propriétaires, qui sont à l'étage. Propriétaire attentionnée et qui nous a rendu service à plusieurs reprises ! Merci à Enrica et à sa famille pour leur accueil, leurs conseils et bonnes adresses et leurs petites attentions à notre arrivée. Mention spéciale pour la découverte de la cuisine sarde autour d'un repas partagé. Nous recommandons naturellement cette adresse !

Ein Traumurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von 13 Nächten sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut um den Süden der Insel zu erkunden. Vor allem unsere Kinder haben aber auch den Pool am Haus in vollen Zügen genutzt. Alle beschriebenen Vorteile der Ferienwohnung und der Vermieter können wir voll und ganz zustimmen. Enrica und ihr Mann standen uns auch für Belange abseits der Vermietung jederzeit unterstützend zur Verfügung. Das war wirklich über die Maßen hilfsbereit und toll. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine: le logement est propre et conforme à la description. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la partie extérieure avec la pergola, la piscine et la vue mer. Enrica et Maurice ont fait en sorte que notre séjour se passe au mieux en nous conseillant des lieux à visiter ou des restaurants tout en respectant notre intimité sur la propriété. Ils nous ont également invités à partager un moment convivial avec eux en confectionnant un repas typique délicieux. Nous conseillons cette location.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auch dank unserer Gastgeberin Enrica. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit nett und hat uns immer super Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Auch unsere Kinder haben den tollen Pool sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist schnell überall. Liebe Enrica danke für alles es war einfach super.

Super Unterkunft, Ruhige Lage und nicht weit vom Meer. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieter.

Vermieter super freundlich und steht wenn man es braucht , mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Hat uns sogar einmal super bewirtet. Pool hat auch eine gute Größe.
